I used to like the service but lots of…

I used to like the service but lots of hiccups lately. My last order was cancelled with the mention that I did it . Then after request I had a message saying that you cannot deliver to France anymore? This should be treated when the order is taken . Is it available, Is it deliverable.

In response to your concern, I would like to clarify that all the cigars that our company sells are 100% authentic, we have sold in Duty-Free markets in Europe for many years passing all the international regulations complying with the tobacco laws.


All boxes come with a unique barcode that you can use to verify the authenticity on the official Habanos S.A. website, www.habanos.com. We recommend customers perform this process to confirm the product's authenticity once received.



We would also like to let you know that our provider is the only authorized distributor of Cuban Habanos, Habanos S.A., we dispatch every box the same way it is received from the factory, in a sealed master case, with their corresponding labels, stamps, and rings.


We would have loved to guide you during this process, but we have never received a notification from you.

Never received my order due to your…

Never received my order due to your problems with customs and shipping to France! And the fact that that if I had not written numerous mails to you this never would have been revealed nor taken care of ending with my being reimbursed after a long months wait!
