I was really pleased with the3 piece Berkeley suite in crème.The colour was lovely, my only criticism would be the backs of the single seater was very upright compared with my old suite,but is probably better for posture. But i really liked the height of the seats @ 58cm it makes it easy to stand up without swinging your body beforehand, l hope they don’t compress too much.All in All I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Great service and great product.
I have recently taken delivery of a two seater DeVere sofa brought to my house and assembled by the 'white glove' team. All done on time, fuss-free and as promised. It's an excellent sofa and I've been pleasantly surprised by the ordering, delivery and after sales service from Sofa Company.

They never took the packaging away and the sofa is the most uncomfortable sofa and is so bad it’s worse than the one that I had thrown out!!
Rang up and he couldn’t wait to get off the phone and wouldn’t let me exchange the sofa unless I paid for the sofa delivery back to the midlands factory!! That could cost me nearly as much as the sofa!! They are a tiny company and so AVOID THEM like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
Regarding the packaging, we are sorry that this caused disappointment. As explained prior to delivery, our couriers are required to leave the packaging with the customer. This was also discussed with you during a telephone call a few hours after your order was placed, when we explained the reasons for this policy.
We are also sorry to hear that you have not found the sofa comfortable. Comfort is naturally subjective, and when you contacted us, we did try to discuss the issue with you and explore whether there might be a suitable alternative.
Unfortunately, the telephone conversation became difficult, with shouting and inappropriate language directed towards us, which made it impossible to have a constructive discussion about the options available. We are always happy to work with customers to resolve genuine concerns, but we do ask that conversations with our staff remain respectful.
We are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Torn underside lining, poor delivery
The two seater sofa was delivered with the lining torn
The delivery guys knew about it but said nothing to me
I have repaired it with a staple gun
Certainly not a white glove delivery
Boxes shredded by the delivery guys to make sure you can't return the items
The cushions are non detachable
The sofa height is good, the depth a little snug
The sofa company have apologised for the poor service and have apologised for the sofa lining stating that this is not the normal experience of customers, but the Furdeco delivery team should have made it known to the customer and the sofa company so they could deal with it

We got 2 sofas for half the price we paid for 1 inferior sofa previously. The offer of delivery in 2 days was for pallets delivery for self assembly . We had to wait a week longer for 2 men and assembly.
