We reviewed this sofa for months before…
We reviewed this sofa for months before we purchased them and the reviews were all positive on the comfort of the sofas. We have tried everything including buying seat cushions and smaller legs but it is so uncomfortable. I have to say it is so different from the reviews seen prior to purchase.

It's misleading to describe the sofas…
It's misleading to describe the sofas as leather. Even though I believe it's legal to refer to bonded leather as leather, it is not what most people understand as leather.

The company kept us well informed about the progress of our order, the delivery was on the date stated and the driver was happy to bring our sofa right up to the front door even though we are 25 yards from the kerb. We are very happy with the product and service. Thank you to all involved.

the guy called me back to sort out my…
the guy called me back to sort out my issues made no attempt to resolve my issues, except for me to return them i cant return them as iam disabled, i dont have a boxes, that big then he just said sorry i cant help.
these sofas where supposed to £1000 on sale at just under £500, but more like £250 sofas at double the price.
i already paid delivery once so to ship them back and buy boxes and shipping probably going to be over £100. cant say enough how dissapointing the sofas are i feel like ive been ripped off, no wonder i swore once, i even looked up the adress to ship them back but google maps says its a charity shop ?
