I am VERY satisfied with the quality of support I received during my recent call. I am also very happy and impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism that was displayed in the follow up email that I received from Gabriella after our call. It seems like that level of customer support is rare these days. I have used SodaSteam for about 15 years and I very much look forward to continuing. I drink 2-3 liters of carbonated water per day and I love being able to carbonate my own (filtered) water, rather than purchasing it at a store. Thank you!!!

Very impressed with the quick and helpful response to my recycling question about a partially used CO₂ cylinder and a damaged drink mix. Clear instructions were provided within a day. When I received the response, they had already initiated a shipment for the replacement drink mix and provided clear instructions to safely recycle the cylinder. I replaced my original SodaStream after 15 years of daily use — a testament to the product’s durability.

I was thrilled with Soda Stream! They were prompt to both respond & replace a machine that unfortunately broke soon after purchase. We have had Soda Stream for years & love that we can reduce plastic waste & still enjoy sparkling water. Their willingness to try to problem solve first and then replace our machine reminds me what it means to work with professional companies who stand by the quality of their products and reputation. CO2 process is broken, but I love the product
I love the product, but the process of reordering CO2 is very poor, at least when you do it through them through the mail. Specifically the return process for sending back the empty cylinders. I've done this three times and two of those times I did not receive a return label in the box. "No problem" their email says, just log into your account and print off the label. I'm very competent technically (an engineer), but that process is fairly broken - if you enter the wrong credentials, it just reloads the login page with no indication of a problem. It pops up a "shop" verification option when you put in your email, but when you respond to the code they send to your email address, there's no way to enter the code because a mobile device doesn't recognize the boxes as text entry, so no keyboard appears. In the past I've had to contact their support to get a PDF of the return label and print it out myself. It's a long, frustrating, and excessive process for something that should be simple. As the CO2 is overpriced, it's a very poor reflection on them and they've not fixed it for over a year. The experience through brick and mortar stores might be better, but it's not part of a normal shopping flow for most of them (because of the return process) so I imagine clunky as well.

Great customer service
I received a damaged and expired product. When I notified them they responded in a timely manner and immediately sent a new one out, when I received the package they added another one, which felt nice that they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.
Quick response to an issue.
Received an email encouraging me to return my cylinders and avoid the charge. I had returned them and had confirmation that they arrived 3weeks prior. Sent that in and immediately received an acknowledgment along with a statement that they would try to update their records more quickly in the future. Always love the convenience of receiving new canisters quickly.

Great customer service experiences
We've been SodaStream customers for a couple of years now and have been consistently happy with the support and prompt handling of any issues (things primarily from our end not mistakes on their side) that have arisen. A wrong or missing cylinder were the only problems we have encountered, they were super quick to make things right. We have liked our machine so much that we bought one for my mother-in-law and she too has had no complaints.
If you like sparkling water Sodastream should be your choice!
I have beenba Sodastream customer for a couple of years. Initially I exchanged gas cylinders at a local grocery but they proved unreliable. Now I have subscribed for regular exchanges from Sodastream directly. They are reliable and their representatives are helpful and courteous. The subscription price is lower than individual exchange and the quantities are adjustable. I strongly recommend this company and enjoy their. product

A recent move with issues has put customer service (or lack of) right in my face. Enjoy my soda stream & had a malfunctioning cartridge. OK. While the cartridge isn't cheap, it's relatively not a heartbreaker like appliances. I reached out to SodaStream and was amazed with the actual rep and his follow up and fast response. Sincerity. Timeliness. No hassle. There for the consumer. Consumer retailers should take SodaStream practices & approach to heart and try the same in their organizations. Thank you SodaStream!

The representative was knowledgeable, willing, and able to resolve my issue. I have found that there is an ongoing issue of exchange cyclinders are not recorded as being received, whcih requires a call to customer service on a routine basis. The issue was quickly resolved for me.
