They gave me the wrong coils they don't even fit I'm pretty upset

Went for the guest checkout option. Item arrived in 13 days which is cracking considering the closeness to Christmas. Email confirmation of order received straight away and tracking number was provided a day later. Very good service

I would never had thought it would be so flawless! 1 week to Europe, great prices, legit vapes, great packaging, and many thanks to the one and only Coco! Will def order again!

Ongeveer 5 minuten nadat ik een bestelling geplaatst heb, vroeg ik om mijn bestelling te annuleren omdat ik vergeten was om 4 andere producten bij te voegen en wilde geen 2 keer verzendkosten betalen.
Ik gaf aan dat ik opnieuw een bestelling wilde plaatsen meteen nadat ze mijn eerste bestelling gingen annuleren.
Na ongeveer 8 minuten later kreeg ik een bevestiging email met een tracking nummer zonder enige uitleg. Teleurstellend!
Ik geef het een 2 steren omdat de prijzen super zijn maar wel de vraag of mijn baterijen aankomen.*)

Ik heb net een mailtje ontvangen waarin zij mij gerust stellen met de terugbetaling van mijn aanschaf binnen 3 tot 5 dagen wordt geretourneerd. Het is best jammer dat pas na mijn commentaar gecommuniceerd met mij wordt maar wel ontzettend opgelucht dat de problemen opgelost is.
Hiervoor is mijn vertrouwen in de bedrijf gestegen en zal opnieuw een poging wagen om mijn goederen aan te schaffen.

About 5 minutes after I placed my order, I sent an email asking if they could cancel my order because I forgot to add 4 other items in my basket. I didn't want to pay 2 times the delivery costs so it made sense to cancel the first order so I can place a new one.
After 8 minutes I received an email with the confirmation that my order has been completed and a tracking number for WHEN the package might be available for trace.
I give it a 2 stars because the prices are amazing. The only question is, will my batteries arrive?
(The tricky part is that they don't offer u the option to pay with PayPal only IDEAL.)

I just received an email that they taking care of the issue and I get a full refund of my purchase in with 3 to 5 working days.
I very much appreciate the mind changing and communication with me. It is sad that we had to go through this process.

It internatinal shipping and it cost nearly 2 months to receive the pack but it ok for me. Smokstore have done really well in customer service. The pack i receive still in perfect condition. Keep it up!

I order my rpm 160 rdta on sep 5th it arrived on 20th October as they had ran out of stock but well worth the wait,easy to build on massive clouds and great flavour many thanks

Great inventory and good prices, shipping took a while but I’m overseas so that’s to be expected.

This store is a joke!! I wanted to cancel my order the same day I paid for my coils and was told that I have the money back in my account within 24 hours. It’s been 3 days and nothing!! Don’t wast your time with this company.

terrible service will never buy from this company again. First off their website is complicated. I tried to order just the tank and I kind of find that, Saia ordered the pipe model 2 with the tank and a new battery. After 6 weeks I ordered it on July 7th I just received it August 25th. And I only received the mod 2, no tank no battery I'm all done with this company that's awful.

I placed my order on August 8th. My package was delivered today, August 20th. I was very surprised to get it so quickly. This seller has great customer service and a very fast shipping time. I will definately order from them again.

At first I thought this site was a scam because my order was not arriving and I had not gotten a response to my emails. Some of the reviews here had me concerned. But then, alas, I got a response, and I also received all my merchandise. My problem was that I was unlucky to have placed my order when the pandemic thing broke out. Yep, back then. I decided to come here and clear things out from my experience. I think it's the fair thing to do given that I got the stuff dirt cheap. Also, Coco was really nice.

I purchased from Smokstore and not even 24hrs later my banks Fraud department calls with additional charges to my card including Fine Jewlery and watches in China. Do not trust this company.

Ok I was super impressed with my experience shopping online at this store. I ordered a UNI box pro hearing great things about this. I looked around trying to find a good deal and I DID. I will buy here again when I’m looking for a new box mod. I will also recommend this to my friends and already have. I ordered this on the 27th of June around 10 pm I got it on the 7th of July. It came before it was supposed to and I was super happy with that. I was told it was going to take longer but was happy to see that it was coming early. I was given my tracking number and gave good details of were it was, so I was happy to have this. Once it flew in I got the USPS Tracking system. Oh and when I had any questions about my purchase they gave me a good response and quickly too.
I was concerned that this COVID would interfere with me delivery but my concerns were quickly satisfied with the tracker that was provided. Over all I had a very satisfying experience, NO complaints :) 👌😊😎

complete junk! DONT BUY FROM SMOK!

I have ordered several items from this store. They are quick and responsive with their communications and customer service. Recently I bought a smok gpriv 2 luxe and a separate black prince tank. The tank came but the vape never did. I checked out the tracking and it was delivered but apparently to the wrong address or maybe it was stolen. Anyway, I contacted Smokstore and explained the situation and showed them the tracking screen shot. They immediately resent the vape without any issue whatsoever. They were kind and very helpful. This store is where I get all the Smok stuff that I cannot get here in the states because more and more is being restricted here. Their products always come in excellent condition and in perfect working order. They go out of their way for their customers. I highly recommend this store. Smok is the best!

I was genuinely worried after reading some of the reviews on Trustpilot regarding Smokstore, specifically the reviews indicating the poor delivery windows and lack of communication.

I am now dumbfounded as to how so many people could provide information as poorly thought out as some of these reviews.

Not only did was representative Coco responsive and polite, but, I also received everything I ordered in a timely manner.

I can understand there being any kind of delay due to the pandemic, which I am sure was a major factor of some of these reviews, but it is simply despicable to fault the business in regard to something they are not in control of.

Awesome customer service!! Bought 2 TFV16 tanks and some accessories for them first package was lost by mail centre but smokstore was fast to respond and send new package out and it arrived in perfect condition !!

This is my personal experience purchasing from smokstore.com. I purchased 2 orders from smokstore.com in early April. One of these orders was lost in transit, however from past experiences it may still arrive at some point. I contacted smokstore.com and they were very helpful. They confirmed that the tracking has not been updated and resent the order which was a value of $270AUD. So smokstore.com lost $270AUD to ensure I am a happy customer. They used an alternative courier for the order and it arrived without any problems. Please be aware that during this global pandemic that a large number of parcels are lost in transit and it is not the fault of smokstore.com. The mailing services do not have the resources to handles the high workload they are receiving. I recommend smokstore.com for smok products. They had my favourite model available when I couldn't find it anywhere else.
