I was a bit leary ordering from China, but I ordered anyway, I requested the tracking numbers and immediately received them for both China Air and USPS.
I received my order in under 2 weeks and was happy with the product and service.

Beware. Two purchases, both using temp cards from privacy.com have had fraudulent charge attempts made up to 1 year afterwards.

If you are getting your orders, great. Just don’t use a live CC.

Haven't received a reply or tracking for my order, going to have dispute the charges with credit card company be cautious.

They take my money but i never receive my vape. This fraud. Dont trust them! Somebody should do sometime...

After being told my credit card payment didn’t go through, I was told that I could send money by PayPal to a personal email account , “Coco” tells me that due to the vaping restriction laws that the company can’t process PayPal payment, but send it to this account ( she provided ) & let her know when payment is sent & she will process the order.
I was born at night , but not last night
I would like to thank the guy that posted the review that told me to be heads up on Bitcoin payments because this seemed right in line with that type of scam.

they took my money and didnt send me anything in return and wouldnt respond to emails, thieves dont bother

They don't even merit one star. Poor communication order not even delivered and no one willing to help out and respond have sent multiple emails with no reply do not recommend this company.

I would leave less than one star if possible. I will NEVER order from this company again and I hope no one else will either. They messed up my order completely. I got the wrong coils and other items were in the wrong colors. They told me I would have to ship it all the way back to China at my cost then when they received my wrong items back they might ship me the correct items. That would take months or even years to get straight. I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere!

well im happy that ive read about this company before ordering, because i was ready for some things to happen in advance and i was ok about it.
and to understand what im talking about, more details about that:
i was waiting for 1 month for this to come. I mean in corona times shipment from china to lithuania of course will be a long one but the problem is that it took forever to come from belgium to lithuania. Ive got the tracking number only like 3-5 days after the day I ordered it or smth like that, and on that tracking list i saw it got stuck for 9 days in belgium for whatever reasons. I wrote an email to their custom service or whatever and no answer, but after that email next day tracking number was updated that the delivery reached lithuania, maybe just a coincidence who knows. and now i have this beautiful thing in my hand, very nice looking and it does it job - the battery lasts long, maybe just in the beginning every day when i start to smoke it on cold, i mean meanwhile while the machine warms up the smoke can be not so tasty and even hit your throat little bit too. but all this aside this thing is good.
so i thought this page / company will be scammers
from the look of their page, i think it just doesnt look official enough or whatever. but they are not scammers, i wish i could upload pictures here to prove that. the delivery will took some pretty long as time because they are sending stuff from china.
so my point here is that like someone wrote here in reviews that dont be scared if no one will answer your email and if you wont get tracking number for 1 week and if no one will answer your emails. dont panic and wait patiently, because it will reach you. just make sure u gave them good address and everything is ok with the payment, if no errors will happen from your side no errors should happen from theirs too.
EDIT: the quality of the product is bad, but this is not the problem of the seller but the problem is with the Nord Smok making company, their quality is just trash.

Shipping took a while but the items were as described and price was good.

I was worried because of the bad reviews but I read through all of them, and it seemed to be all through the lockdowns of covid when those reviews happened. Since things are opening back up now I went ahead and placed an order. Got here within a few days, about a week. Legit product, I checked authentication and great quality batteries too. If you don't pay for the tracking, no problem just send them an email and they will send you the tracking number. Took them a day to respond. Very good no hassle experience. Will definitely consider them for future purchases.

After the initial credit card payment wouldn't go through (I think by design, in collusion with Wintopay Service) I submitted my $43 order through bitcoin and received confirmation from Coinbase. The money was sent to the pop-up bitcoin address from Smokstore during the order process. No order confirmation and when I contacted Smokstore.com their agent responded that the card payment failed. I made several simple English attempts about bitcoin payment and forwarded bitcoin payment documentation, but customer service kept replying "card payment failed" like a parrot. Possibly this is a limited English issue but given Smokstore.com size and volume of sales I don't think so. Avoid.

addendum: it appears that Smokstore.com and their card processor, Wintopay, have a set-up such that all attempts at card payment fail and the buyer is forced to send bitcoin. Smokstore then claims no knowledge of bitcoin (! -- it's plastered all over their web site) and cites card failure as the reason not to fulfill order.

Ordered on Feb 27th, arrived to Finland on March 20th. Was a bit skeptical cause it took long before my tracking number would show anything, plus I didn't get a reply back to my email. I thought it was never gonna come, but the Post service here in Finland made some type of mistake that they sent the arrival note to my P.O box and not the address I ordered my vape to. So yeah ~3 weeks for delivery with this corona thing going on was fair. Also checked all the products (Morph 2 Kit, TFV18 coils + Nitecore i2) online and they're legit. If you want to save money and have time to wait then order here. Oh and I thought they forgot the batteries, but they had them pre-installed :D

Edit: It almost went back to Smokstore, the last day the Post service held it was yesterday, was lucky to go check my P.O Box today and that they hadn't sent it back! Lol

Ordered coils for my smok totaling $32.43 after not receiving them I emailed them to ask where there are. I was told that my order had been canceled and I'd need to reorder to which I replied that I was charged already. They replied that I should see no charge on my bank account but I certainly WAS charged. They stole my money, lied about it and then tried to tell me to reorder. My account on their website has been deleted apparently. THEIVES..STAY AWAY

Only time I didn’t use PayPal was through them, I’m pretty sure it’s (Wintopay)their financing third party handling their financial transactions , overcharged me , didn’t refund me after not having what I ordered in stock and then right after the 30 day mark that they claimed was the maximum time they needed until I got my refund I get a text early morning from the fraud alert asking if I made certain charges totaling 350$ , I didn’t make those charges but I certainly know who did, this must stop, I reported them to FTC , not sure what will come , but that’s just wrong , professional company stealing your identity

I placed an order on January 20, 2021 and I have been trying to cancel my order for the following month and a half at this point. Initially I got an email asking for an updated address and I replied but never heard anything after that. Called customer service and keep getting told you should hear back after February 18, 2021 because of Chinese New Year. So I waited, I called today and now I'm told there is nothing they can do. I have sent multiple emails, all I was is my refund. They didn't waste anytime taking the money out of my account but won't refund or return an email. I will not be using anything from Smok again, I am so irritated with the poor customer service.

I had a package delivered that was supposed to contain drip tips for my tank, when that package arrived it was empty. I contacted customer service and they told me that they definitely sent it and that it must have fallen out during transit. They stopped returning my emails about a replacement being sent out since I didn’t receive the product I had ordered. If I could give 0 stars I would.

When I ordered from there webshop, I was kind of anxious because of the negative reviews.

However, they were very friendly and fast to reply. I ordered a package worth of 150 USD, containing a G-Priv 3 mod, a TFV16 tank, 2 packs of Triple Mesh coils, an external Nitecore D2 Charger and 2 LG batteries. I placed my order on the 9th of January and got my package on the 25th of January! (I live in Hungary and we have a ton of regulations regarding vaping...) Anyway, I'm very satisfied with the products, if you have any problems with them just be patient, they're trying their best in this pandemic!
