Great device. I am sleeping much better and through the night. I would recommend Smart Nora to anyone dealing with snoring. Money well spent!

I love the idea of this gadget!! Its compact and unlike anything else on the market-- no pill to take, nothing to stuff in your nose, no straps to tangle in and sensitive to snoring noise! Sometimes it doesn't stop my snoring but overall has improved my sleep and daytime fatigue up to 50% and probably corrects 85% of my snoring.

Garbage. It broke twice in 6 months. Had to get a warranty claim filed to replace it both times (which took almost a month the first time) and the second time the Bluetooth wouldn’t connect. Even when the machine worked it didn’t completely eliminate my snoring. I tried to get a refund but it was past the 30 day mark. Such a waste of money. Don’t make my mistake and save your $350+ !!!

Smart Nora Works. I and my wife were losing sleep due to my snoring. I tried all the latest gimmicks nose inserts, mouth guards, and pillows. None worked. I made the smartest choice of my life to invest $300 in something I do for 8 hours a day. After about 2 weeks of getting used to it, my snoring stopped and my wife and I were sleeping peacefully. If you snore, don’t skimp on your sleep. Invest in Smart Nora and your quality of life will improve. You won’t regret it.

I would never have tried Smart Nora if it weren't for the money back guarantee. The price is a bit steep. But my snoring had gotten to the point that I was sleeping in a separate room from my wife, and I had to try something else, because the nasal strips, the funky shaped pillows, and the mouth guard just weren't working.

I use an app called "snore lab" to measure my snoring. My "snore score" was consistantly in the high 40's-50's. Since I got the Nora and started using it, I haven't had a score above 20, with many nights being single digit numbers. I feel better rested as well.

I know this won't work for everyone, but if you're getting tired of the snoring, I think you'd do well to try it out for a week or two and if it's not working for you, make use of their return policy.

I am surprised by the negative reviews! I got Smart Nora in January (I thought it was a year ago, but it is a bit less). I had to move to the living room most nights, as the snoring was keeping me awake. Awake, so stressed, so tired, so moody all day: bad combination. I decided to try Nora after seeing an ad. I was skeptic, but desperate. I received it in Canada fast. Easy to install. Worked right away. The person does need to start snoring for the pillow to inflate, so I was waking up for 10’ then would fall back asleep. I don’t wake up much anymore. He doesnt snore daily, but almost. He snores the most if he drinks alcohol before bed. And Smart Nora is a life saver. I recommend it to my friends, and would buy it for a family member if they encountered the same problem with snoring. I never had to contact customer service, so I can’t comment on their efficiency.
I also love the fact that Smart Nora fits in the pillowcase, and its not a device that needs to be attached to the body.

Smart Nora customer service is awful. When we first got SN it took awhile to get it to work for us. The solution was to use the SN beta phone app as the "pod". That worked great until about a week ago when the app was terminated with no notice. We have emailed SN 3 times and haven't gotten a response. Why not? This is unacceptable CS.

I ordered this product hoping that it would help with my husband’s snoring. We tested this pillow for a couple of nights while running an app to show any possible changes in snoring patterns. Not only this pillow did NOT reduce the amount and intensity, it in fact increased it! I was shocked to see the results. This is a scam!
When I contacted the company regarding the return, they ignored my requests.

Horrible CX support. No response after 4 emails requesting a refund. Still within 30 day trial period but seems like the company is ignoring emails and support requests to try and push beyond 30 day free trial. Bogus.
