I heard about Smart Nora a couple of years ago. My wife was definitely on board me trying anything to stop snoring at night. I tried it and it actually worked. I've been using it now for 2 years. Most reviews are going to be about how great the product is... And it absolutely is. I'm writing this review to talk about the customer service. They actually care. I dropped the pebble a year-ish ago - outside of my warranty... I emailed them. They got back to me the next day and sent me a new piece right away. Not only that - they followed up in an email a few days after the piece arrived to make sure it was all working perfectly. I travel a lot with the Smart Nora and there is definitely some wear and tear that goes along with that. I've recently ordered another part for my Nora. Again... very reasonable price for a replacement and again they followed up to make sure everything is working perfectly. I really wish more companies took care of their customers like Smart Nora.

Had to have an insert replaced. It shipped quickly and was easy to replace. I love the Smart Nora, although my husband probably loves it more as it’s allowed him to sleep through the night! I also find myself breathing better and no longer startle myself awake! The Smart Nora is a wonderful device that helps us snorers immensely.

My snoring was causing sleepless nights to my wife and I was very tired all the time myself. I found Smart Nora by searching for an alternative to wearing a mask that is connected to a machine. Even though I was willing to do it I wanted to try something less invasive. Motivated by its money back guarantee I give it a try to Smart Nora and it works wonders. Is not that I'm 100% snore free but the frequency and intensity has been reduced to a point where it doesn't bother my wife anymore. Now I can't live without it and I always take with me whenever we spend a night at any other place. The only thing you have to be aware of is that you have to find the correct way to set it up in your pillow, in order to keep your head on it and it wont slip away.

After 2 years of ownership, the base of the Smart Nora unit had a red light and needed replacement. Nicholas was very helpful with the replacement order and the device was received within a couple days!! The Smart Nora is working just like new again and sleeping with snoring correction has resumed. Game changer. Due to my snoring my wife's quality of sleep was suffering. Ever since I got the Smart Nora has meant that my snoring has almost ceased and my wife is now getting a good nights sleep.

I have been quite happy with my purchase of my Smart Nora. I was extremely hesitant to purchase one, because it felt like it was a gimmick. After awhile having no luck with any other options I finally opted to order it. The first week or two was so weird! I would go to lay down and then my head would start to move. It was distracting but I would eventually fall asleep. Then the most odd thing ever happened...I woke up refreshed, my throat no longer hurt, my spouse apparently decided to check if I was still breathing because I didn't snore at all. Now I am so used to my Nora that I find it odd when it doesn't work.

Recently the base of my system gave out. I looked online for possible causes before I got to that conclusion. There was a decent amount of informational steps to go through. Finally I contacted support. They verified the steps, having me double check things and do a few things I had not thought of. As soon as the base was diagnosed the issue, and they verified my email, a new one was shipped to me at no cost (I was still within the 1-year warranty).

I have been using smart Nora for over three years with excellent results both with the product and with Customer Service. I have recommended it to my friends. Now my husband can sleep through the night without my snores waking him up.

My Smart Nora is several years old and started to show signs of deterioration, as to be expected. The good news is that the Customer Service team is competent and efficient. They can zero in on the problem and help you with replacement parts. This is rare today with so many companies designing products to fail right after a warranty period and practically forcing you to buy a new product and tossing the old one. Smart Nora is a solid company with outstanding people!

They replaced the defective base unit twice with no argument. Shipped it within a week. Very responsive within 24hrs for every email. Thanks! Great product definitely helps.

We are a couple that now don’t know how we lived without a Smart Nora. We both snore, one more loudly while one sleeps less soundly. We can sleep in the same bedROOM because of the S-nora as we call it.
Now, 5 years or more after purchase, we continue to get fabulous service in maintaining the unit as the pieces age through daily wear. For an aggregate sum of less than $50 a year, we are a satisfied set of customers.

I have been requesting a return label from Smart Nora for over a week now, they indicated after filling out their survey for a return, that I would receive the return label in 1-2 business days. This has not been sent and I have had zero response from this company. They were very quick to respond when I was troubleshooting the product. Now that I want to return the product, NO RESPONSE.

The product works as advertised. Sometimes I forget to turn on the device and my girlfriend notices the difference right away! Good thing she can then turn on Nora. In a future upgrade it would be nice for it to turn on at a specific time.

Overall I think everyone should try the product and see if it works for them. I was skeptical from some comments but I can see how our experience has been different. We can sleep through the night which is a first after about 2 years of me snoring.

I have been using the Nora since June and I have to say it has made a significant difference for myself and my wife.

I used to wake up feeling guilty since my wife would either have a hard time falling asleep if she came to bed after I fell asleep, or would wake up early in the morning and was not able to fall back asleep from around 4:30am.

Now I go to bed and I have peace of mind that even if I forget to turn on Nora, she will do that before going to bed.

If you are snorer you would also know that it also affects your own quality of sleep. After a month I started to notice I have much more energy during the days. Definitely a game changer for both of us.

Keep in mind that it might take you a few night to get used to the slow movement of our pillow. For me it took about 3 days in the first week to not notice it. In the second week I also noticed it slightly a few times. But honestly compared to getting a nudge from my wife, or keeping her awake it was a very minimal disturbance for me.

All in all, a great investment in our health and happiness!

My smart Nora is not working and I can’t get support we noticed that the pillow inflates and dflates when I move but it was not doing this when my wife heard me snoring. We thought it is supposed to pick up me snoring and then inflate? Please help. I have been waiting days for support

I love Smart Nora - my husband snores and it’s always been a point of tension in our relationship. SmartNora is so quiet when it inflates that neither of us wake up.

This product is WORTHLESS! Actually WOKE me up and did not help with snoring. CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible! I can’t get a return label!!!!! No response after they offered me a $200 rebate ( now you know how much the thing is really worth! ) and I declined. I just want to return it and get a full refund! I have had it less than one full week. I checked my spam, and they have my e-mail. HELP!!!! $365.00 is a lot of money to be waiting for, when you “guaranteed” a full refund policy within 30 days. SCAM! Going to all social media next!

Device was totally disruptive to my sleep. I showed no improvement in my sleep results. And their return process is painfully slow. Multiple steps before you get your return label. Then they warn you that it may take multiple billing cycles to get your refund. Totally unacceptable in the days of computers.
