Does not work, did nothing for my snoring. It then broke. Return Policy is set up as a scam. Customer service is the worst. No one to talk to, only text Chat which is not always live.

Customer support is worthless… no response… new device won’t work adequately….WAKE UP AND STOP SNORING!!!!!!!!

Smart Nora is the best thing that happened to us. Having used Smart Nora for 1 year, not only does my husband get a good night sleep, but I do also.
Customer Service is first class, they have always responded to my emails for help and assistance...when I needed a replacement Pillow Insert, this was promptly mailed to me.
I love the fact that Customer Service Representatives are Smart Nora users also - that gives me confidence knowing they are fully aware of what I’m experiencing as a snorer.
One of the best purchases we’ve ever made, without her we’d still be worn out from lack of sleep, or I’d be permanently banished from the Master Bedroom. We wouldn’t be without her!

I'm trying to return my Smart Nora but unfortunately I cannot get a response. The smart chat hasn't been online for a few weeks, I had originally been talked into trying the device a bit longer during my original 30 day trial when the smart chat was online. I have submitted a ticket via email and they were supposed to get back to me with no luck.

The first night I used this, it worked beautifully. Then, it stopped working. I tried to contact SMART NORA three times to determine what to do; and, only received an email saying they would get back to me in 2 days. They did not. Terrible customer service. I am sending it back, as soon as I can determine how to - notice that they make returns very difficult.

Product is great and customer service is great. Previously tried mouth appliances that weren't comfortable or effective. This, in contrast, is completely unnoticeable when you're asleep, but somehow the way it gently moves your head when you start to snore really works. Also, if you for some reason have any issues along the way, their customer service is truly excellent.

I tried really hard to like this but it just didn't work. I am not leaving this about the product, I am leaving this rating because I have tried every way to reach out to them for a return and have not had a response from them since March 30th. I sent an email prior to the date needed for a return. I have emailed 4 times, filled out response form, did chat but they have not answered still. I notice their are others here that have had similar responses regarding trying to return this product. I would be careful to buy this unless you want to deal with the possible return.

A great product that does what it advertises. Easy to use and you'll never get better help and support for a product.
Warranty issues are totally looked after should they arise.

I have had a Smart Nora for several years now. I can say without hesitation that is works great. My wife is able to get a much more peaceful sleep due to Smart Nora doing it’s quiet job of adjusting my head whenever it hears my freight train snoring. The few product issues that I have had with it were promptly and efficiently handled. Their Customer Service ROCKS!! They are super nice. I even had a representative reach out to me to do a Zoom meeting to get more feedback from me for the issues I had and future improvement recommendations.

I'm a big guy and I snore...loudly. I tried throat sprays, special pillows and those nose strips and nothing ever worked. It was so bad that either my wife or I would end up sleeping on the couch, because she couldn't sleep otherwise.

I got a Smart Nora, and it was a game changer. The first night my wife and I slept through the night, and I woke up feeling more refreshed than I had in years...more importantly, so did she.

Nora sits by the bed and inflates a piece that you slide into your pillow case. It is really quiet while running and, if you use the sleep timer function, you'll never even notice it.

Additionally, when I've had questions, their support folks are fantastic and have been all over things right away. I've used Smart Nora for over three years now, and I take it with me whenever we travel.

It seriously changed my life.

It's not their fault Smart Nora didn't work for me..... HOWEVER, to repeatedly have to ask for instructions for returning, then repeated requests for refund, which I STILL have yet to receive an email about getting back (it's been 5 weeks) is not good business. Hence the 1 star (Bad review)

really works... only issue is that it's not easy to use if you sleep on your stomach.... having a bulky pillow under your head that rises slightly to stop snoring is not comfortable. I've had to adjust to sleeping on my side which works perfectly.

Unfortunately I'm not very happy with the product. My wife she's the nothing has changed since we got smart Nora.

Works great! Not only is my snoring reduced, but I actually get better sleep when I use it. There is definitely an adjustment period, but isn’t there with anything? I used the Snore Lab app and my sleep/snore score went from a 35 to a 95 after 3 weeks of use. After 2 years my machine malfunctioned and customer service was amazing. I had a new machine in less than a week. I’m a new mom so money and sleep are both in short supply, but this is definitely worth the purchase.

The product description says it doesn't matter how heavy your head is, but I'm telling you, it barely moves my head and so makes no difference in my snoring at all. I was really hoping for this to work, but it hasn't and that's a shame because it costs so darn much!

My snoring was definitely a problem, and was affecting my sleep. Once i found Smart Nora, my wife noticed the difference right away. My sleep became a lot more regular, and i wasn't so tired all the time.

Smart Nora freed me from all of the nights sleeping with a mouth guard. My only negative is that when my significant other snores, my Smart Nora goes to town adjusting my pillow. Ha ha! I am very impressed with the whole packaging and quality of the item itself.

Once you have the correct pillow and proper placement of the unit inside the pillow case, it works well. It has reduced my snoring by 80%, my wife reports. It’s not going to completely stop the snoring, but it’s a huge improvement.
