I never received the product and they never responded to my numerous emails

Product didn’t work for me. Returned product nearly three months ago and still have not received refund. Have sent emails asking for an update on refund with no response. Horrible customer service. Do not order from them.

Nora helped husbands snoring. The gentle movement is a great innovation.
After a year we did have to replace the motor and Nora was great to get replacement shipped out.
When not one is not at the CPap level with excessive snoring, Nora has been the best option found to date. We have tried everything.

The Smart Nora device really helps with my snoring
It does take a few days to adjust, but I can’t even feel it now even on the highest setting

My husband ordered Smart Nora over a year ago, and it has been a god send. It made such a difference in both of us getting a better night's sleep - me because of the quiet, him because I don't have to hit him in the middle of the night any longer! We had some trouble with the motor, and the assistance I got to test and then replace the part was exceptional. Highly recommend this company and product.

This product has been an absolute lifesaver! I have been given back peaceful sleep that was temporarily taken from me due to my spouse’s snoring. It's a bit spendy, but definitely worth every penny. My wife wasn't getting any sleep thanks to my extremely obnoxious snoring. I don't have sleep apnea (got tested for that with a sleep study), just really really loud snoring. I tried a mouth guard, and got sick of waking up and not being able to move my jaw without it hurting for a good hour or so.
Then we got Nora. Simply the best remedy. No discomfort, no pain, no dribbling everywhere. :D
Simply put: Just get one, you won't regret it.

My wife purchased Smart Nora a few months ago, less for me and more for her to improve her sleep. While it took a couple weeks to get used to the Smart Nora device, it has worked wonders. We are both sleeping more soundly and well rested in the morning. I recently found a small leak in the air bladder on my device. I reached out to Smart Nora Customer Service and within a week I had the new air bladder and once again returning to more restful sleeping. The customer service experience was professional, responsive and they kept me up to date on the process. Thanks Smart Nora!

We have been using Nora for years! We were on the list before it was manufactured and thrilled when we could finally order ours. The inflation motor is so quite we can hardly notice it. My husband and I both sleep better with Nora at work in our bed. Thank you Nora for developing such a great tool for better sleeping.

Not only does the smart nora make a HUGE difference in my husbands snoring, their customer service has been excellent. The motor on our unit went bad and they were very helpful in getting it replaced quickly. The process and communication went smoothly and quickly. I would recommend this company for sure!

I had my Smart Nora for about 4 years and it worked fine. But it stopped working for some reason and the online Smart Nora advisor said it was the Base unit. I guess nothing works forever. So I ordered a new one and it came within a week. Now working perfectly again!

Bought this a few years ago for my husband because he snores like a freight train. With Smart Nora, there is still some minimal snoring but it is much more gentle and tolerable. Happy wife can now sleep in same bed as hubby.
The base unit did recently fail, but it was a simple process to have it replaced.

I really really like my smart nora device, especially when watching tv - it is so very relaxing as a bonus. Of course it has also helped reduce my snoring at night.

SmartNora changed my life in finally getting a good nights sleep. I went thru all the testing for apnea and concluded I could not wear all the gear. I purchased SmartNora instead and for the first time in years I got a good nights sleep. As an added bonus, I didn't have to get up multiple times in the night for bathroom breaks....Really this product works by simply listening to your breathing and automatically inflates to increase airflow thru your mouth/throat eliminating the snoring. Its the real deal!!

From day one i reduced my snores to a level that my wife no longer notices and she sleeps through the night. This is a wonderful product and worth the price. I use an app on my phone to monitor my snores and it shows a huge improvement from day one going on day seven. LOVE SMART NORA
It’s also so quiet you don’t know it’s working unless you are awake with your ear to the pillow when it airs up and then it’s almost not noticeable.

Had my nora for a while now and the base pump stopped working - received a new one no charge within a few weeks. Great customer service.

I have been using the Smart Nora for almost 3 years. I was skeptical at first, but it works well enough that it typically is packed up for our trips. On a recent trip I could tell it wasn’t working. I tried everything I could think to do to resolve the issue - to no avail. I then chatted with a support rep and it was confirmed to be no longer functioning. Fortunately they provided an opportunity to purchase a replacement part and that was the fix. To be honest, I wasn’t happy about a product like this, that costs as much as it does, failing within 3 years of use. This makes me concerned that it’s too fragile to travel.

I purchased the Smart Nora back in Jan 2019. I have mild sleep apnea. It doesn't "cure" my snoring but it has reduced it. My wife thinks it does help both of us sleep better with less interruption during the night. If it was between this and a CPAP or something else to put on my face during sleep, I prefer Nora.

It's easy to set up and the only thing I need to do when I go to bed is tap on the little pebble (the mouse-looking device) on my nightstand to turn it on. That's it.

Since Jan 2019, the base unit has stopped working twice, most recently in May 2022 (it stops pumping air into the pillow insert). But I have to say, the customer service around this has been outstanding -- response time has been within 24-48 hours. The first time I reached out to them, the device was within the first year warranty -- so they sent me a replacement for my base unit free of charge. The second time, since the warranty expired, I paid a small fee for them to send me a new replacement unit -- better than buying a whole new one.

I believe this is a nice investment, but it depends on how bad your condition is. If your snoring is bad enough that you need more medical intervention, then I don't think Nora is for you.

Very quick response to a support request for a replacement part on my 5 year old original Kickstarter version - replacement part was quick to order and it was dispatched and arrived here in Australia quite quickly. Great service.
