First, these things actually work. It's unobtrusive, doesn't require the user to do much of anything, and it stops snoring. If somebody has a bad snoring problem, it's not going to be a 100% thing. Let's call it a 95% or 97% thing. Sometimes, you'll hear three snores before the Nora squelches it. Sometimes my wife will maneuver her head into a position that's off the effective area of the Nora's pillow. But by and large her - bad - snoring problem is .... gone. Totally worth the money.

Secondly, these folks stand behind their product. Our early model Nora tends to wear out its pump (I'm told the new ones have solved the pump issue.) Each time, the customer support people have promptly answered or returned my call, been knowledgable about the product, and have provided me with the needed part under warranty or at a very reasonable price if the part has past its warranty period. In today's world, that's pretty shocking.

Smart Nora was a life-changing product for me, it worked great and stopped my snoring the first time I used it, and it worked great every day after that. While it doesn't cure snoring, it stops you from snoring from the moment you fall asleep and works great until you wake up. I did not feel any pain or headaches. This is a wonderful product. It solved the snoring problem! The customer support was great. We had the old one for quite a few years and needed a new one. It wasn't functioning and they worked with us to find a solution (they sent a new box)

I bought a Smart Nora for my wife about a week ago. No, she doesn’t snore. I do! We’ve tried many “snoring solutions,” mouth guards, nose clips, sprays, etc. Nothing worked. Invariably, she couldn’t make it through the night without waking me up. Of course, she tries to do it gently by shaking my pillow or the bed until the only option left is to lightly punch me in the arm. Neither of us would get a good night’s sleep.

In desperation, I gave Smart Nora a chance. It only took a single night to dramatically change my snoring. I do snore, but at the first hint of a snore, Nora goes to work. moving my head a bit and I stop. Smart Nora is a rectangular bladder that goes on the underside of your pillow, between the case and the pillow, a puck you place by the side of your bed that senses snoring and a control unit/air pump.When the puck senses a snore, the control unit slowly inflates the bladder, making the pillow “grow” an inch or two in thickness. Effectively, it’s gently jostling your head. Yes, you can hear the air pump, but it is very quiet and soothing. It would never wake you or your partner up.

After one week, my wife has had her first peaceful sleep in years. Strangely enough, I also am sleeping better. I also am more rested in the morning and rarely wake up in the middle of the night. Maybe the snoring was preventing me from going into a deep sleep also.

We literally do owe Snora to saving us from “sleep Divorce” - we have 3 and even take this when we travel to visit family!

I got my first Smart Nora in 2018, at that time I ordered directly from their website. I am glad it is available on Amazon now. I used to snore very heavily and Smart Nora helped me a lot. I eventually lost a lot of weight and stopped snoring and stopped using it. I guess I lost it while moving and now snoring is back this year so I decided to buy it again.

I am genuinely surprised at how well this machine works and how it has changed my night life! I of course wanted to get more sleep by quieting my husband’s snoring, but I had no idea how interrupted his sleep had been until we used Smart Nora.

We noticed a difference the first night and it has continued to quiet his snoring and give us both great nights of sleep, consistently. My husband was a bit in denial of the problem like many who snore and don’t realize it, but he did reluctantly try a mouthguard about a year ago, which helped a little, but really only made his mouth sore.

The Smart Nora was my idea but, as soon as he saw the difference, which was right away, the next night I found him making sure it was charged and plugged in so the sleep would keep coming. He never forgets to turn it on.

Best feature is that it works! After hearing a single snore, the Smart Nora quickly adjusts the sleeper’s head gently from beneath the pillow, so the next snore is maybe a heavy breath, which fades to quiet breaths.

Next best feature is that the machine is silent, as well as the air moving through the tube to the under-pillow mechanism. You will absolutely hear nothing. Initially I put my hand under my husband’s pillow to “feel” if it was working, but I did not “hear” a sound.

The felt box sits unobtrusively on the floor just under the bed, the foam sleeve makes the inflator undetectable in your pillow, and the little “mouse” that listens with a mic can be put away and plugged into the machine during the day. At night, you just disconnect the mouse from the charge cord, turn it on, push the bluetooth button to connect it and put it on the nightstand. Easy!

For anyone who has been dealing with snoring for many years, this will completely change your sleep. And if you’ve worried about your snoring partner’s health because of their struggled breaths and waking throughout the night, this will change all that. My husband is sleeping better than he has in over ten years (same here!) and honestly, he is much more pleasant to be around during the day because of the Smart Nora.

Do not buy a Smart Nora unless you're 100% positive that it will work for you. I bought one in November 2023, and they immediately charged my credit card, but I didn't get it until February 2024. It didn't work for me, so I returned it per their return policy and used their provided shipping label in March 2024. They told me to wait 2-billing cycles to see the refund to my credit card. It has now been 4 months and they are ignoring all of my inquiries and emails. After they continued to ignore my inquiries, I contested the original charge to my credit card, but Smart Nora sent them proof of shipping, which means that while they don't have the time or the ethics to handle my refund, they will do whatever necessary to keep the money they should have refunded over 2 months ago.

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the abysmal customer service provided by Smart Nora, which has been nothing short of appalling.

I reached out to them over a month ago to advise them my Smart Nora was no longer working. I was eventually advised that I needed to pay for a replacement even though it was less than one year old and that I had to pay for postage.

The item was allegedly shipped on the 14th June via DHL and having waited 10 days for it’s arrival. I reached out to the customer service team on the 24th June and again on the 26th June, requesting that they advise me of a delivery update.

That Smart Nora some two weeks later have deliberately and continually chosen to ignore my requests for information is professionally reprehensible.

Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering Smart Nora to steer clear unless they want to endure the same frustrating experience. This company has shown a complete lack of respect for its customers, and I regret ever trusting them with my business.

Not responding to refund request.
I clearly made the mistake of pre-paying for new version last summer. Never received it or any updates. Contacted seller post-time of stated shipments, said there was 2 month delay and the updates they sent must have ended up in my spam folder. Contacted them again 3 months later and still delays. In May, requested a refund. Got a bit of a run around then no further responses. They did an excellent job of dragging it past the CC dispute date. I'm trying for it anyways but prob have to accept I was scammed.

Like others on here, I tried Smart Nora, but it did nothing for me. I returned the unit per their instructions and they acknowledged receipt on March 7th. They asked that I wait two billing cycles for a refund; it's been nearly four months, customer service can not be reached by phone, and their earlier responses by email state: "Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for the delay in your response, I have relayed the inquiry to the refunds dept so that they can refund your order, once your order has been refunded they will send you a notification." That was two weeks ago, and I've received nothing since. My judgment is that this is not a reputable company and people should steer clear.

I bought the Smart Nora back in January of 2024 and tried it out but it didn’t work for me. So I contacted their customer service and they told me to try a few things and, if that didn’t work, to go ahead and send it back. So that’s what I did. I waited over 2 billing cycles for a refund and got no refund. So I finally sent an email in May asking about the status. They actually called me and told me they would process it within 2 weeks. It is now 4 weeks later and I still have not received a refund for $359. So I emailed them again twice and have received no response after several days.

I’m beginning to think that they are purposely not issuing the refund because they are hoping I’ll either forget about it or get tired of pursuing it. I also think they make you wait so long because they want the time window to run out on doing a credit card dispute.

Anyway, It shouldn’t take this long to process a refund and a customer should not have to constantly remind them of it. It’s just bad business.

So I would like my money back ASAP. If not, I will be contacting my credit card company and if that doesn’t work, I will pursue legal action. I just hope it doesn’t come to that.

This Canadian company is clearly having cashflow problems. After receiving an email from "Bemisal"offering to extend trial to 60 days, they were unresponsive. Fortunately I was able to file a purchase dispute with the credit card company and I received an immediate credit as they investigate. Included in my dispute documentation is the email from them offering to extend the trial 60 days and a copy of their 30-day trial policy. They have no leg to stand on. The product worked for about 2 weeks then the mouse was always blinking purple even after numerous fixes mentioned in the user guide. Avoid this company at all costs

I purchased Smart Nora and received in early April of this year. On april 25th, I reached out to support and requested an RMA to return the product because it wasn't working for me. They initially responded quickly, but when I explained that I truly wanted to return the unit, they went silent. I've emailed them 3 additional times, but no response. Their "return" policy seems bogus at this point as they just ignore you and hopefully wait until you are beyond the return period.
