Smart Nora has changed our lives. Being able to help with snoring without other intervention is a gift. When I needed help with a repair, I was quickly taken care of. Amazing customer service. Thank you for your creative solution to snoring and your committment to customer service.

Contacted them in October and the process was drawn out by them so then I ended up I the mail strike, with no alternatives for shipping back during Canada Post strike. I’m sure they found way to send new devices. Finally ably to ship back and still following up. Though they told me that once they receive it, they’ll need 2 to 3 weeks to review the product and process my payment return. Since when does it take any company to refund you 3 to 4 months? I would’ve still recommended their product for other people to try. It just didn’t work for us but after this experience, I would say you’re becoming their investors when you try their product and they’ll just delay paying you back cause they need the money.

I've been using this product for awhile now and it has really curbed my snoring issues. The microphone senses that I am about to snore and inflates the air bladder in the pillow. My head rises and the snoring stops. It doesn't wake me and my wife doesn't poke me either to wake up. I'm sure that Smart Nora keeps me in the bed with my wife at night. Smart Nora changed my life!

The good news about Smart Nora is that it works. It will hear you snoring and when the thing inflates you stop. You definitely get used to the movement of your pillow after a few nights and don’t wake up from it.

Unfortunately you have to start the snoring before it can stop you, so if your partner is really sensitive they will wake up first. Also, it will pick up other noises and go off. Imagine a night when you are having trouble sleeping and the cat starts snoring on the other side of the room… Until you can get that to stop you might be lying awake with your pillow going up and down for a while.

All that aside, this product is not perfect, but my wife and I sleep better than we did without it. Absolutely worth it.

I’ve had a Nora for years and it saved my marriage in a very real way. My wife and I were able to sleep in the saw room again, but recently she started snoring and keeping me up. I thought I could sleep through anything but I was wrong. The instructions say two can work in the same room so we tried it and it worked! Now we can both get a good night’s sleep, and be happier and healthier. You can’t ask for more than that!

I've always been happy with Smart Nora as a snoring solution. I'm even happier with customer service when my base unit broke. Responsive and helpful in resolving it. I would recommend this product for regular use and excellent customer service from the support team!

I have been trying to get return instructions and a refund for a week and can not get a response from Smart Nora even though their initial response was that a refund would not be a problem. Here’s the claim I just filed with PayPal to get a refund via their dispute process: “I contacted the company via live chat to request return instructions and a refund a few days ago. They said that would be no problem and after completing their online forms, I would be sent an email with return instructions and a paid return label. I never received said email so I tried to contact them via live chat. The live chat was off-line so I left an off-line message to which I received no response. Live chat has been off-line ever since even during work hours. Yesterday I sent the company the attached email demanding a response and return instructions and I have not had any response. I believe this company is blocking my attempts to return their useless product and get my money back. Therefore, I am asking PayPal to start a dispute and reverse the charges for me. I believe this is not a reputable company.”

I have been using my Smart Nora for over 5 years and love it… as does my wife as she gets a more restful sleep! Great customer service and a wonderful product. Can’t wait to try the Nora2!

I saw your product on Instagram and watched the video with the Dragons Den show. I have been looking for a solution for my husband, especially recently. The snoring has become so bad the last few years (and I am also a light sleeper), I was sleeping in a room across the hall with doors closed and ear plugs in and could still hear his snoring.
Anyway, I ordered your product and it arrived yesterday. It was so easy to set up as the booklet that came with it described things so well and simply. We used it for the first time last night.
What a miracle! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am so grateful for people like yourselves, who imagine and create things to help others!
The pump is so quiet and the product is so compact we will even be able fit it in our luggage for our motorcycle trips and when flying to visit family.

Quick and helpful advice. This was a simple and effective experience. The product works great but I needed a replacement part after years of use and the service team did a great job helping me to identify the problem and propose a solution.

This company fails to honor their refund policy and does not respond to attempts to contact them.

I've been struggling with my sleep for years due to sleep apnea. I'd wake up tired, my throat hurting, and my sleep tracker app would tell me I'd snored for 2-3 hours during the night (out of barely 5 hours of sleep). My memory, mental health, cognitive abilities were all suffering because of it.

Since I got the nora, it's like a new life. I wake up before my alarm, I'm energetic, in a good mood, my throat feels fine, my sleep tracker tells me I snore only around 30 minutes a night, and I now manage to get 7.5 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

I was always reticent to try other sleep apnea solutions as I'm hypersensitive and any noise or body attachment would have entirely prevented me from sleeping. I'm so glad I got to find this device.

I have had this since last Thursday and I really feel it works.
My husband mentioned that he does not hear me snore at all only once at the very start of sleeping but not every night.
No more white noise other than the fan which also is there for keeping room cool…
I do use a king size pillow with no issues .
I have enjoyed waking up to “no headache “
I only woke up once when I heard the machine so the quietness of the machine is topnotch .

This device has been part of our lives for many years. It has been a sleep saver as it truly minimizes my husband’s snoring. I have reached out to customer service only twice in all the years since we purchased Nora and they have always been helpful. Great company that backs its product and its customers !
