Battery supplied was not the one…
Battery supplied was not the one illustrated and was of lower Ah and Wh.
They responded quickly when challenged saying website was about to be updated and said I could return battery for a refund. As it fitted I kept it just put out that if the item had been correctly described I would have looked elsewhere for the right item and not ordered from Smart Boards. Delivery was prompt.

I needed a new battery for a hoverboard…
I needed a new battery for a hoverboard but could not get the old battery out.
Called Smart Boards Sales for advice. Very helpful so I sent a photo which they referred to their technical team. Soon got the old battery out so a great result.
Replacement arrived 3 days later. One happy granddaughter for Xmas.
Thoroughly recommend Smart Boards.

Good online store and variety of…
Good online store and awesome variety of products to cater for all needs. Deliveries are hit and miss and then the store does not take responsibility of delays or lost post. Other than that I have been refunded so its not all that bad.

Very bad service… poor quality items…poor customer care . Wouldn’t shop hear again in a hurry ❌❌❌….. lool just shot urself in the foot there! haven’t you! If the scooter didn’t pass ur Qc process why would you then sell to a customer? Also the scooter has come with problems. Bluetooth . Mudguard an a thru other things not to worry as I will be sending it back in the morning for a refund

We are a little disappointed by this negative review, the clearance item you ordered (just like all our items) go through a final QC before dispatch.
Your item was a little delayed but we refunded you the next day shipping no questions asked. We did pay an additional premium to have it delivered Saturday instead for you.
The item you purchased was clearance and it clearly stated: "This item may or may not have an APP but no warranty is provided for this."
We are not sure what the issue is with the mudguard but happy to help with this. Please get in touch.

Small business there mechanics aren’t very well trained cowboys really if I’m honest. Would not recommend anyone to use smart boards Uk always go on about how busy they are in my opinion you shouldn’t take on the work load of you guys can’t handle it

New customer, highly recommend
I had never head of SmartBoards UK before but was pleasantly surprised by the service. Delivery was quick and the hoverboard we ordered (which was a refurbished grade A) was in great condition. It had its original box which was good. Very clean and good value compared to brand new prices.

Quality Product
Purchasing a gift online is difficult especially when your in a different country. The website was easy to navigate and had a lot of great products to choose from.
The HoverKart and Segway we purchased was perfect. Well built and well worth the money.
