You sent a battery for a very unique product which could not be recovered or sourced.
All repairs have access to a portal system, no messages were sent other then your request to return which was actioned. We apologise that the repair lines are not always answered but this is due to our tech's being busy diagnosing and repairing the products we are sent, Our portal system allows our admin to obtain the answer and respond.

I was tasked with getting my grandsons…
I was tasked with getting my grandsons Hoverboard1 working after a quick check of the battery (ok). The label on the bottom seemed to be dated 2008 so I thought the best thing do was to get an expert to look at it. Two local shops whistled thro their teeth and said the circuit boards couldnt be had any more.
So i went to Smarts boards and they couldnt have been more helpfull with a great part exchange deal, they advised me that if he used the cart add on then they would replace the replacement hoverboard with bigger battery, plus a set of velcro belts for the cart addition. great service great staff Thanks Smartboards.
