Sleep Zone Recenzje

I’ve tried reaching out to this company numerous times and no one responds. Terrible customer service

The pillow o ordered became more thin and I did not even use it much . It’s been only 60 days n it’s paper thin

I sent an email to the "service.com" address earlier this month about the lifetime warranty on a sheet set (that I'm not crazy about) but have never received a response at all! Definitely will NOT be purchasing from this company again.

I bought the extra fluffy mattress pad bc I’ve been experiencing much back and hip pain for a while now and didn’t want to spend over a thousand on a new mattress . Every morning I wake up with pain in my back and hips that would take an hour to get back in line with my legs. The first time in a while I slept good bc of my new mattress pad. Looking at it I thought this was a waste of money but I was wrong for sure. It definitely helped.

Customer service is easy to work with however the mattress topper isn't quite what is expected it does provide some extra softness but not what you would expect for a 3 in topper advertised as to help relieve back inside of your pain but all in all it's a great deal for $50 on Amazon really great deal for that price

The mattress pad I purchased went on a pull out sofa couch with a thin mattress on it. After putting the mattress pad on it, it felt very comfortable. I would certain purchase another one for bed.

Very comfortable and excellent condition.
Arrived quickly too

It’s helping my mattress be more comfortable. I like the design, too. Thank you!

It helps my back and I have a good night sleep

Mattress pad wasn’t cooking at all.

It does help with keeping my back from hurting but don't think it's as thick as the picture shows.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, WILL NOT RESPOND TO RETURN REQUEST MESSAGES AND THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER. PLEASE DO NO USE. SHOP APP AS WELL.

High quality kids sheets- adorable print, soft feel and they wash beautifully! Great price, fast delivery. Highly recommend Sleep Zone for bedding! We’ll order again!

Bought two king size and both fit

It is very soft, the planets and the spaceships is a very nice design that he was excited to see. My child loves this blanket!

I placed this order on your Sleep Zone website. I did not know and your company did not inform me that your shipping company is Amazon. Having said that my package was not delivered by the post office and I had to physically go to the Post Office and pick up the package after I had paid you to have it delivered to my home at the proper address

I strongly suggest and recommend that any new perspective customers who are interested in buying Sleep Zone products absolutely do not purchase any sleep tone products because they are improperly processed by Amazon requiring your customer to extend money to have to go track and pick up these packages. As far as I'm concerned Sleep Zone has a fraudulent and scandalous shipping practice of your products via Amazon. Please do not purchase any Sleep Zone products. I do not want you to be victimized like myself by Sleep Zone and Amazon.

Additionally I also sent Sleep Zone an email requesting that day pay me the $51 that I have to pay for taxi to and from my home to pick up this package from the post office. Neither Sleep Zone nor Amazon responded.End of Statement.

After reading Sleep Zone response does not address the issue that I had to pay an additional $51 in taxi fees to go pick up a package from the post office that was improperly delivered by their shipper Amazon. I have had trouble with Amazon previously and never have reordered again from them in several years because of the same type of problems. I will never order anything again from you Sleep Zone because you use Amazon as your shipper and the result is evident that I had to pay an additional $51 to go pick up my package. Your response is frivolous.

I strongly suggest and highly recommend that no one purchase any product from Sleep Zone in the future for this reason. Sleep Zone does not give notice that your products are being shipped by Amazon and customers are fully unaware that their products are being shipped through Amazon. This is fraudulent. In addition this is unprofessional and poor customer service relations making your customers be the victim for your unprofessionalism and ensuring that they receive your products if they have paid for. Do not order any Sleep Zone products. I don't want you to be victimized like I was.

Sleeping way better
Back feeling better

I recently purchased the mattress pads, and they are nothing short of amazing! The comfort level is perfect, providing just the right amount of support while keeping me cool throughout the night. They arrived right on schedule, and the packaging was impressive, ensuring everything was in pristine condition.
