I’d give them zero stars if I could

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I paid for 3 downloads of 3 different pictures of my dog. I kept getting a message that they were processing and then, nothing. Never got the downloads. I tried emailing them, nothing. I called the number, left a message, no call back. I finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused here. We were able to locate your order and identify what happened. There were two different email addresses connected to the order/payment, and it appears the download details may have been sent to an email address that was not the one you were checking.

We also found your email to us about the issue, and we replied asking for the order details so we could locate the purchase. Unfortunately, we were not able to identify the order from the information available at that time.

Now that we have located it, we have resent the download details to both email addresses connected to the order to make sure you receive them. We have also issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture, because we understand this was a frustrating experience and you did not receive the downloads as expected.

Please check both inboxes, including spam/junk folders, for the resent download details and refund confirmation.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this properly.

The watercolor canvas of our Finnegan

We ordered the watercolor portrait of our NewFoundland, Finnegan. The picture is so beautiful, it’s so realistic. Our big beautiful boy passed on May 1st at 9 years old. Now I can look at him everyday when I see his picture on my wall. It always makes me smile. Thank you for creating such a beautiful remembrance of him.

Beautiful Work & Outstanding Service

I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and delivered outstanding quality. What impressed me most was how beautifully they captured each of my pets' unique personalities—something that's surprisingly difficult to achieve with AI-enhanced artwork. The final images truly felt like them. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for meaningful, high-quality pet portraits, and I already plan to have my other pets done as well!

Five bright shining stars!

These folks are phenomenal! Their work is stunning and their professionalism is amazing. Something that has become hard to find these days. They went over and above to bring the pictures to perfection. Im so very happy with all of the pictures of both of my old girls that are no longer with us, and Im so grateful.

Hi Robert, I'm sorry your poster didn't capture your dog the way it should have. The likeness is the whole reason we do this, so falling short on it is something we take seriously. It's why every order includes a preview to approve before checkout, and why our designers review and refine each portrait by hand before it goes to print.
