I have been working with various online businesses for the past 15yrs. Went through countless hosting companies and can say that Tagadab by far is the best I have come across. If you are looking for a reliable, quality and performance driven hosting service, look no further then Tagadab!

Absolutely amazing support from Tagadab's team, they are brilliant. We've worked with some large companies, at six and eight times the price and not had this level of support or commitment. I'd especially like to thank Timothy, Anna and Guiseppe for their help and assistance on so many occasions.

We set up a fully managed server to be hosted with Tagadab, and there was a lot of work in setting it up and in making us PCI compliant with WorldPay. The Tagadab team worked tirelessly to make sure that everything worked perfectly. They combine reasonable prices with very good service, I would recommend them to anyone.

One of very few companies offering direct phone contact with real, well-informed support staff. The staff turnover is low so you normally know the person to whom you are talking. Although accidents have happened the resolution is always fair and sensible. The services offered are sensibly priced but backed by great service.

If you are looking for a reliable, fast server company in the UK then this is a great option.

The one small thing thats not great is the weekend support as its handled by the sister company and i dont feel they are as good as the tagadab support team.

However if you are looking for grade A level support 24/7 then really you have to be looking at the costs for this and what you would be paying is a lot more for this type of service.

We've been very happy with the service from Tagadab. The tech support team is available directly by phone or email, they know their stuff and are always quick to respond.

We have now been using Tagadab for a good number of years and all we can say is that their service is truly awesome.

I have used tagadab for many years now and they have always been excellent, they have always been accommodating to our specific requirements,

I have never known a company that goes so far to help, we rent a dedicated server, use their VPS's, manage domains and I have messed up things on our dedicated server as well as broken my websites through lack of knowledge which to be fair is not their problem however they have always been extremely helpful and have in fact helped me fix every single issue even when I thought I had deleted my website once.

I can't recommend their service highly enough, their accounts and support team's I personally have dealt many times and they are polite, fast and efficient, even of they are not the cheapest, you get what you pay for.

We have hosted numerous dedicated servers with these guys in the past. Totally trustworthy, great value for money, great technical and billing support.

You can always call in at any hour and get gold of someone technical and they bend over backwards to try and help. Only one member of staff within the whole company that doesn't like customers and the rest are all brilliant!

I had previously used 10 other providers spanning over 9 tears including small and large providers and none of them come close to the level of service provided here.

I would definitely recommend. Prepared to be pleasantly surprised...
