I have been using Tagadab for many years now and even though I run my own business I am in now way technical and more of a user really. I have on many occasions rang Tagadab and asked for very very technical help and have never been refused. Nine items out of ten they will address the issue there and then and walk through it with me carrying out very detailed programming or technical modifications just based on my explanation of what the problems is If it is not a quick fix then they are always quick to respond and any actions get followed up with very good documentation that I can understand in follow up emails. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Oh, and when you ring them, they answer - and it's a human!

I have been with Tagadab for years & spent a lot of money.
Today I received an email at noon stating:

"Thank you using Tagadab. Please be informed that your services are scheduled for suspension Today at 3pm GMT"

3 hours notice yet the account was fully paid up. By their own admission, they made a mistake sending the email but confirmed it WAS scheduled for suspension.

Fortunately I received the email even though I was not in work. I quickly contacted our accounts who confirmed the payment was actually made almost a month earlier to Tagadab. I ended up calling them only to be confirmed, oh yes, we did receive payment, sorry.

I really have no issues with Tagadab although this could have become a very costly experience for my business and customers.

I have never experienced such excellent customer service with a smile like this before. It's good because
Nothing is too much trouble, Knowledgeable, Timely, They explain stuff to me, but the real key is TRUST.

This review is unprompted by tagadab and I have no affiliation with them other than as a customer. I rarely write reviews like this, but in this case I feel a good company needs recognition.

I have used tagadab VPS hosting for 6 months and it is head and shoulders above anything else.
- Cloud-based servers are fast, solid and scalable to add capacity at a click.
- Control panel is rich in features and easy to use.
- Support is excellent.
- Price is competitive.

I have a dedicated server with Tagadab for the past 2 years. and am delighted with the service. No downtime, great speed (sorry for the lack of tech info). We host a lot of video on the server and have never had a problem streaming.
The support is the best I have ever come across. I am not a techie, but manage a lot of our domains, SSKL certs etc., and the support staff are incredibly patient and very knowledgeable. When I have a problem, they really bend over backwards to help, even though the problem isn't ever a Tagadab issue, it's my lack of know-how!

Tagadab is one of the best companies around in the UK for solid and reliable service plus unshakeable support!

All of the team are only a phone call away to offer a helping hand whenever you need them. They go up and beyond the scope of support all the time, they even treat you like a human being and not a customer with an account number.

Whatsmore they also explain things in simple terms to you, if you are not to technical in the understanding of what may have been the issue.

There has been only one time of downtime in the last 3 years and this was due to a grid power outage that caused Covent Garden's power to shut down, this was of course WAYY outside of their control however they did a fantastic job in informing their customers and keeping them up to date when things were restored.

Overall 10/10 Support and Service. If you look at their prices, although you may think they are high, it's NOTHING compared to the cowboy next door company that will charge pittance and well, what do you expect of their service!?

As I said, I have been using Tagadab's DC for coming up to 3 years and all in all, worth every penny!

I have had Windows and Linux Virtual Servers with Tagadab for over three years and they always been reliable and fast. I have now migrated to their cloud platform which is now even faster than before as it uses SSD disks and has excellent daily and weekly backup facilities.

Their support is fast and knowledgeable and they have gone out of their way to assist with problems which were not even their responsibility. With one recent problem they logged into my server, found a solution and fixed it for me. This was not a problem with their system but a problem due to how I had configured my server.

Their service is fantastic and I highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Having made the move from shared hosting to one of Tagadabs Cloud Hosting Packages the service they offer has been superb. The transition was smooth, the support when needed, has been faultless and I look forward to continuing to use the great services they offer.

A huge wealth of knowledge on the systems they support, exceptionally quick responses to support tickets and a flexible approach to our requests in terms of testing systems.

We run a number of web based solutions for a variety of clients down here in the South West. Tagadab allow us to concentrate on what what we do best by covering any and all support queries we throw at them. What's more we can always talk to someone on the phone without resorting to painful email correspondence.

We have run 5 vps servers with Tagadab for almost four years. Any issues we report are addressed quickly and effectively. The technical support is of the highest calibre and helpful beyond the call of duty when necessary.
This is how a company should be run. I would not consider using any other hosting company.

we moved to Tagadab upon recommendation from another user. the transfer across was smooth efficient and went off with minimal downtime. the website we initially moved over was "not good" after some very patient help from Tim, we improved upon what our developers gave us and all was good. i found that over the last year I was phoning Tim up and getting support on many issues that were not Tagadabs fault or responsibility, and at all times the support and advice from Tim was outstanding. i would recommend Tagadab at a drop of the hat for any hosting requirements you may need.

Since being with Tagadab I found their hosting platform extremely reliable with no issues.

I am starting a new business and because of a delay in receiving my funds I thought I would have lost service as the account would have been suspended,

After speaking and emailing Nick from the Tagadab team, they extended the time I needed to get the funding in place. I don't think any other hosting company would offer this level of support.

I'm migrating my sites to a VPS on Tagadab and so far the support has been quick, helpful and successful in terms of getting my issues resolved.

Excellent support, very quick responses to any queries.
Had my server running for over a year now with no downtime that I have noticed. Just upgraded to a dedicated server, went very smoothly.

I've used a number of hosting providers over the years and Tagadab is the only one I've stuck with for any length of time. They are quick to resolve all issues, clear with their explanations, and take care to make sure that there are no loose ends with any query, whether technical or financial. When we had to upgrade last year they were also really patient to explain the choices we had and consider with us what was best for our requirements. I would not hesitate in recommending Tagadab – and indeed do so regularly.

I've been with Poundhost for years, and although I have accounts with various other providers out there (Rackspace, Liquidweb, Digital Ocean, GeekStorage and others), Poundhost is definitely the most responsive and the most knowledgable company.

Server problem at 9pm? I get a response as fast as they can type their response to me.

General network issues? Frequent updates, they are still able to answer the phone, and you're never left in the dark.

You know where you are with these guys.

Also, great prices, rock solid and high performing servers, especially the SSD versions.
