Always excellent service, the team are incredibly helpful and the support for our server is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Delighted to have found them. I can't recommend them enough.

Very helpful host - we've been with them for several years and if we hit any issues they're always quick to respond with answers that are in English not gobbledygook and prompt help where needed.

I have now been a customer of tagadab for 8 months and I can say I am very impressed.

The provision of cloud servers is very fast, the performance of the servers are exceptional and consistent, I have had zero downtime, network is top class and for technical support and service, nothing less than perfect.

Everything you need from a hosting company. Highly recommend.

I've used tagadab for a few years now for a Windows VPS. Prior to that I had used multiple other well known hosting providers, but found they didn't provide the reliability I needed. Tagadab have been extremely reliable with very high uptime (can't remember the last time there was either a network or hosting issue). Their support has always been really good, with a fast and personal service, even at weekends.

One of the best hosting company and I really like their support. Whenever I need they help me out.

I've been with Tagadab for many years, dps, vps and dns- their service is consistently excellent, always willing to help and genuinely interested in solving problems happy to talk on techie basis.
For example, in trying to consolidate servers they were willing to provide a transition server for a week to allow me to migrate services with minimal downtime, assisted with a graceful migration of subnets.
Every step was verified, confirmed and carried out so always in safe hands.
I couldn't recommend them more, having had to use my servers from all over the planet the access speeds are consistently excellent with very reasonable costs.

The standard of help is what the rest of the industry can only dream of. I'm not an idiot and they don't treat me like one. I like that.

I've just had from Tagadab some of the best customer service I've ever received - in fact, both the two times I've had to open a ticket (my fault on both occasions) it's been fixed almost immediately - literally within minutes, on a weekend on the first occasion. The first time was a fairly simple query, but this time could have been a real mess, but you really went the extra mile and I'm back up and running again already. Thanks - I've already recommended your services to a client, and I'll be using you more in future.

I have had a VPS with them for several years. As this was my first self managed VPS I initially had a few queries (and difficulties) so raised a support ticket. Their response was within 10 minutes which I thought was amazing but probably just due to being a new customer. I have had a few support issues since, none of which have been due to any failure on their part, but in every case I have had a response within 10 minutes and a solution within 30 minutes - even when it has been down to something I did.

I did not purchase their option of cPanel or Plesk control panel as I hoped that the free webmin/virtualmin software would do the trick - and it does.

Would recommend to anyone thinking of having their own VPS

I cannot speak highly enough of Tim , Giuseppe, Alessandro , Steve and the rest of the team at Tagadab. Wonderful people, efficient, knowledgeable and ready to help whenever you need them. First class is not high enough an accolade, these guys are above and beyond that.

We have been using Tagadab for almost 5 years now and they have been fantastic. Customer service is excellent with fast response times and friendly and helpful advice.

The technical side of the service has also been first class, we are really pleased with the performance and quality of our servers and it has been easy to upgrade and modify our products. Technical issues have been few and far between but whenever there have been problems they have been dealt with very quickly and communication has been excellent.

The whole package is great value for money and we couldn't be more please. We would definitely recommend Tagadab.

Not having created a VPS account before with anyone I wasn't sure what to expect, and certainly a lot of companies wanted my business after a few weeks of research and inquiries.

I chose Tagadab because of the personal service and no nonsense approach, and it was the best experience I could have expected.

The automated parts made for smooth interface, and where a question or comment was required a friendly support officer was on hand in a most timely manner. I only enjoyed the service for a few months and in that time -- where I usually had a connection active for approximately 5 hours on a daily basis -- the connection dropped out and immediately reconnected on only two occasions. I'm not sure if that is often or not in comparison to others, I suspect these things happen everywhere, but I never experienced any frustration or period of "blackout". In fact, if I had to score this part of the service I would provide a score of 99.8%.

I would suggest that anyone considering using a Tagadab VPS will be completely satisfied, and experience the best in VPS anywhere.

Excellent service once again

Tagadab are by far the best host I have used, and I have been through quite a few over the years. The reliability is excellent and when something does go wrong they always go the extra mile to get you back up and running.
