Tagadab have been great at hosting a dedicated server for a client of mine. They have always been reliable, responsive and helpful. Their prices are competitive, and yet there is nothing lacking at all in the personalised technical support I've received from them.

They have always been ready to discuss and develop custom solutions, where required.

In general, it's simply been a pleasure working with them and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else looking for web hosting.

I have just moved my hosting from another provider and Tagadab are a world apart from where I have come from. From word go they have assisted me in every aspect of getting my hosting moved and running perfectly on the Cloud VPS.

The support I have received has been second to none and all the technical support staff have been very polite, helpful and most of all really know their stuff.

The server is very good value for money and I am getting a better spec than my old hosting at a better price.

This is without a doubt the best move I have made in getting a stable platform to run my websites. The only issue I have is with myself not moving my hosting to Tagadab a long time ago.

I was setting up two betting bots, and had no idea how to get them set up on a VPS. I set up an account with Tagadab. I had no clue what to do next, so with some trepidation I called them. In a confused way I explained what I was trying to do and what I had in place so far. They were so kind (not the usual condescending, can't be bothered with you) and within 10 minutes I was not only set up, but I had learnt something about setting up programs onto a VPS.
I keep calling it a VPS, I am pretty sure that is what I now have. It does the job.

It is a long time since I have been so pleasantly surprised and had all my expectations exceeded. All staff went out of their way to help even on issues not really in their area of responsibility. What a refreshing experience. Thank You and well done.

Tim and Anna were very helpful in resolving a compatibility problem that occurred following a Debian upgrade to my VM, and continued to help with the ongoing problems this threw up. Would recommend.

It is all about the support for me and these guys have it nailed - Tim & Giuseppe simply couldn't be more helpful and have helped me out of many a hole. Oh, did I mention the hosting is awesome also :)

I've called them three times today and each time spoken to 'Tim'. He was nothing but patient and helped me with everyone one of my requests, helped me get my request sorted in no time at all and such a polite bloke!
Would recommend this place to anyone and Tim deserves a raise!

I have been a Tagadab customer for over 5 years with VPS and dedicated servers and (starting today) the new Tagadab cloud. Many hosting companies promise stable servers and resilient infrastructure. However Tagadab stand head and shoulders above the competition due to the quality of its people! The Tagadab team are amongst the most responsive, thorough and skilled people I have worked with. I look forward to hosting with Tagadab for years to come and would recommend Tagadab without hesitation

I've been a Tagadab customer for a while now. I had a wordpress site that got hacked because i hadnt updated a plugin. Thankfully Tim and the team at Tagadab are really experienced in this sort of thing and have bailed me out yet again! Thanks to them offering me this quick and awesome support i felt compelled to write a review and say to anyone looking for hosting or a server to at least check them out and consider them, especially if support is important to you.

I have used the services of Tagadab for the past 3 years and have enjoyed an excellent customer service.Their overall efficiency and ability to simplify and solve problems is second to none.

I have only been with Tagadab for a week but I am already prepared to write a brief review as the support has been exceptional both in content and that something "special" which helps you learn and not feel daft and an annoyance.

I will be able to offer a follow up to this posting over the coming months and I just have that feeling that it will continue to be a 5 Star rating as my experience grows.

Nothing has gone wrong to date which is of course good news in itself, but yesterday I noticed something being reported that I didn't understand and while I thought I could fix it myself it was not only promptly fixed but a great explanation given to me which I understand and gives me great confidence.
I think the setup and people are brilliant.

Have been with Tagadab for over year now and cannot recommend them highly enough. Their support team is excellent and the guys there are always willing to help with any type of issue regarding hosting or technical problems with your website. I have spoken to Guiseppe and Tim on a number of occasions and they have always been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues I've had.

I must say I am very impressed with the service from Tagadab, especially Timothy who helped us through some upgrades and possible exploit issues. He's very knowledgeable and customer focused and is a credit to the team!

I had a very annoying issue with HTTPS which I could not solve myself, Giuseppe quickly located the issue and helped resolve it for me while also explaining what the issue was and showing me how to fix it. I am very impressed the problem was solved so quickly. Thanks!

As a small charity with no internal IT support we can safely say the move to Tagadab for our hosting has proved invaluable. The support has been second to none and we would highly recommend their services. Keep up the good work. Giuseppe is an extremely competent and friendly member of the customer support team.

I've been hosting websites for the last 12 years. Some of these have been basic wordpress blogs, whilst others have required more complicated/advanced hosting set-ups. I am currently hosting World Elite Soccer with Tagadab. We initially started with a single dedicated server and more recently we've moved to multiple servers hosted on their cloud set-up.

Throughout the last 4 years of using Tagadab I've found the service to be nothing short of exceptional. We've never contacted them for server issues or downtime (which tells its own story) its always been for general queries and their response times are phenomenal - usually within 20 minutes at most.

If you go back 5-10 years the internet was full of horrendous hosting companies, but thats no longer the case. A new breed of hosting provider came along that focused on what real customers were looking for - good product and excellent customer service. The Likes of Tagadab are one of the new breed and I thoroughly recommend them.

I don’t have advanced informatics knowledge but I need to work with computers. Since day one they have been very helpful and help me configure my remote desktop at my needs.
I’m a delighted customer.

These guys are great, I had a few problems loading a specific theme which also had various plugins to go with it and it was a bit complicated. They quickly got to the bottom of the issue and away I went with the new stuff.
