I have spoken to Tagadab's technical support team on a number of occasions and would not hesitate to recommend them. Knowledgable and helpful, they have answered every question I have had quickly and accurately.

I have used Tagadab for a number of years and always found it to be a very good service.

Couple of pointers, every year it seems my payment fails first time round and then pays second time, not sure why and not to bothered, just thought I would mention it.

Your customer services are great. I am not technically minded, and they seem to be able to guide me through when I need them

Could do with a little bit more of on-line help on how to do basic things like CNAME etc... I know there is some, but could do with some dumber explanations for us technophobes!

After years of tearing my hair out in the shared hosting environment I knew I had to step up to the next level and have my own server that was under my control and not shared with 100's of other websites. The problem was which company and package to choose, I could not afford to get this wrong because as a web developer I wanted to spend my time developing sites and not banging my head against a brick wall tinkering with servers and sending countless emails to support departments.

I really did my homework on this one and spent at least a week reviewing my options and producing a short-list of the most suitable hosting companies, and the one I finally chose was Tagadab and I am so glad that I did. I have been with them now for over a year and in all honesty it has been a breath of fresh air. Their support has been excellent, very polite and efficient.

I would also like to echo what a previous reviewer wrote regarding upselling. The support and sales team at Tagadab have never tried to upsell to me, in fact they advised me against certain add-ons and explained to me why I did not need them yet, saving me much needed cash.

As a one-man-band sole trader, it is hard to have the confidence to take that leap from the shared hosting world to the VPS/dedicated model but I can honesty say that opting for Tagadab was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My server was up and running within an hour and over the course of the last 12-18 months what few issues I have had the support people at Tagadab have resolved for me very promptly. These people go out of their way to help, they are honest, reliable and their fees are very reasonable.

I normally don't write reviews but tagadab is one of the few outstanding companies who deserve the time taken out from my busy schedule to write a feedback for them.

We are running multiple websites and uptime is crucial for any business. Being disappointed by frequent downtimes of several hours each time from our previous hosting company (despite their claim of 99.99% uptime guarantee), we ended up with tagadab after reading positive reviews about them. And no regrets at all! Very high reliability and you can rest assured that their staff respond quickly to any issues.

Pricing is within the industry standards but the good thing with tagadab is that no one tries to upsell you products you don't want nor need. In fact, their sales team even helped us saving money by moving us to the most suitable product. Tagadab also treat all their customers with respect, regardless of whether you spending a small fortune on hosting or just a few pounds for their smallest VPS.

Support is the other very important factor when choosing a hosting company and their support excels. You can speak / e-mail to someone in the UK with a knowledge of their technology rather than having to deal with a disgruntled agent in an overseas call centre who has no idea about IT. The response you get is personalised to your query and FRIENDLY and you don't get a "copy and paste reply" from some (irrelevant) help pages. Their response time is also very fast and often you have a reply to an e-mail within minutes.

The only minor niggle is out-of-hours support, which is handled by their parent company claranet group. You still receive professional and friendly service but as it’s a different company they can’t always help you as well as tagadab’s own support team can do.

For our business needs, tagadab simply ticks the boxes: Uptime, technology and professional and friendly customer service. Something other hosting companies struggle with.

I don't have any hesitation recommending tagadab and you won't find any better hosting company for your hard-earned money. Finally a webhost you can trust!

The best VPS provider I have found. I have been with Tagadab for 3.5 years and they have been very helpful. We use both windows and Linux and now Cloud. The ticket and phone support is fantastic and the engineers are experts, but if you know what your doing you won't need them.

Whilst Tagadab (and any other smaller hosting company) cannot compete for price with 1&1 and the like, it's customer service dwarves any of the 'big' hosting companies I've ever used.

I had an issue with my account since changing jobs and therefore email addresses, I emailed Tagadab on a Saturday, the day after Boxing Day actually.
