I am disappointed with the quality and…
I was disappointed with my order as, because of the coronavirus , it took almost 2 months to arrive and then was not a good fit. I am however very happy with SimpleModerne’s assistance in accepting my return. I was surprised to note that I will be returning to the Netherlands and not China from whence they came . Now that I am aware of the sizing I will try again with another garment I admire.

No sight of order and no answer from customer service
Update: apparently being passive agressive was the only way of getting a reaction. But my review will stay the same. Transparency is clearly missing and no, I did not get an answer to my question on where you ship the item from.
It has been two month since I made an order and no sight of the parcel. The tracking has been the same status since March 22nd. The company will not answer my question on where they are sending from, only standard answers, not taking responsibility of anything. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and now I have asked for a refund, but with this kind of business management, I have a hard time believing they will give me one
