I would order again. The only draw back is it took a long time to receive the order , but they were upfront about that. I got two totes and a dress and love it all . Stay honest and you’ll stay successful

Love my new jacket, looks exactly like the picture so no surprises. Just one odd detail, there are no labels in the jacket. No wash or material label. Not even a brand label? Arrived in about 3 weeks.
Otherwise very happy.

I have ordered from Simple Moderne a number of times ... all of the clothes that I have purchased have been exactly what I ordered and of an excellent quality. When I needed help on an order the reply was prompt and the advice rational and reasonable in these times ... my order arrived and I am really happy with the service received. Great company, great clothes, great quality, I will be buying from them again.

I ordered a garment on 9 May, with tracking information indicating that it was dispatched to the airline on 16 May. I received no tracking information from 16 May to 1 July despite contacting Simple Moderne for updates. Eventually Simple Moderne resent the item and I received the original and replacement item 3 months after the order was placed. While i recognise that management of shipping is difficult during covid it would have been great if the company had been more proactive in managing my issue. The garment was great and sizing was perfect.

Only took 3 weeks to receive my delivery in Sydney Australia, Love the clothes, maybe size up for pants that don’t have elasticised waist. Having more AU size 12&14 would be great.

I'm in Australia and very nervous about my purchase but what can I say it frigging amazing!!!! I absolutely LOVE my jacket and will definitely be purchasing more from this site. Highly recommend it!!!!

This was an average experience. The packaging was really messy . The skirt was stuffed ( yes stuffed!) into a plastic bag.. with one piece of tissue. I do not expect the luxury standard of Net a Porter or Matches.. but Simple Moderne, who design interesting products, would gain by lifting the standard of their pack and ship service.

je viens de recevoir mon manteau et hélas il est trop long je souhaite le retourner mais je ne trouve pas la page retour ! le manteau est beau mais vraiment trop long ! je vous met un e étoile pour l'instant et je verrais si vous faites bien votre job pour mon retour !! merci pour votre réponse mais je pars vendredi 20/06 en vacances et je rentre le 30 /06 j'espére avoir mon ticket de retour d'ici demain car j'aurai dépassé le délai de 14 jours pour mon retour !

I love your products but find that often the sizes are too small and that I cannot order what I normally would wear a UK size 14.
I would be able to buy a LOT more products if this size were available.
