I gave this company a second chance by purchasing another shirt. My previous order took weeks to be delivered but it was good quality so I was okay with it. The real issue is the total lack of communication which is really poor in this day and age. If and when I get the order it will be the last purchase I'll make from them.

Always better than expected

The delivery of the order was delayed by several months beyond the promised timeframe. No one responded to messages or emails, even though this had been promised. As a result, it was unclear whether this was a scam and the goods would never arrive, or whether there were some unexplained reasons for the delay. Additionally, one of the products is of poor quality and does not match either the picture or the description.

I didn’t get any infirmation, that my order was ready to pickup. They didn’t place my phonenumber at FIN Posti system. They even didn’t send me email tracking number. Hope I can get my money back.

Late arrival of the package . Bad quality

Ich habe die Ware vor einem Monat bestellt, aber noch nichts erhalten.
Vor fünf Tagen habe ich eine E-Mail geschrieben, um nach dem Stand zu fragen. Leider habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten und ich kann niemanden erreichen. Da ich über Klarna zahlen wollte, muss ich das Geld leider vorstrecken.

Took forever to get my order, and your size charts are off, half of my order doesn't fit.

Perhaps one of the worst companies I have ever bought clothes from. Order placed weeks ago. No updates on progress and oddly enough when I complained to klarna about not receiving the order, I got an email telling me the order was dispatched. However... No tracking and the usual no response to emails and even FB messages. Don't waste your time or money on this company and it's products. Such contempt for their customers.

Nice shirt. Shipping took a long time

This is a continuation of my review and Simple Moderne’s response. They said they checked the tracking number and never received the parcel.
I never gave them a tracking number when I contacted them, but I have subsequently checked where it could be as I did send the item back fully tracked.
What has happened is that the company refused to pay the import tax on the returned item - it would have been a few euro - and now the parcel has disappeared into the ether.
So I am out of pocket £69 for the item plus £15 for the return.
Shameful practice for a company

After my review I was contacted by SimpleModerne customer service. They say they’ve just sent me my money. I’ll wait.

I returned my order and the customer service never got back to me. It’s been almost two weeks since my return was delivered and they completely disappeared. Not a single answer to all my emails and I haven’t received my money back.

Always have something a wee bit different, communication with order and delivery excellent, spot on in every aspect.

Duurde best lang voordat ik mijn bestelling binnen had. Eenmaal binnen gekomen in een goedkope plastic zak. Terwijl het een hele dure broek was. Kwaliteit prijs klopt niet. Beetje jammer dat ze totaal niet reageren op mijn retour aanvraag.
