Love ALL my products and always get comments and complements!
Had a one-time only issue recently with one of my deliveries from many previous orders.
Contacted the company who immediately arranged a replacement delivery and pursued their own investigation with the courier on my order so no hassle or follow up required by me! 👍
Will again be a returning customer especially with this fantastic service which can be rare these days 😁 So customer focussed! 👏

Ottima qualità, ottima serietà

Il prodotto è di ottima qualità inteso sia X materiale che fattura e design.
No problem con consegna.
Devo restituire xchè non è adatto a me e questo non dipende dall' azienda.
Aggiungo a riguardo che apprezzo molto il fatto che esista una persona fisica con cui interloquire X comprendere bene la procedura di reso.

Poor quality

I bought a blazer. The quality is far away from what is on picture. Really poor quality and cheap look.
I expected much better fabrics for paid money.
Very dissapointed...

the quality of the clothing is very bad

the quality of the clothing is very bad, and not at all the quality I paid for. It's an okay price but not cheap at all, so I at least expect a decent quality piece. The fabric when I got it smelled abnormally bad. Stupidly enough I cut the tag off too fast so I can't return it, but I won't order from here ever again. They also didn't answer to the question I asked through the chat on their website. It's not a reliable company.

Sehr enttäuscht von Kundenservice und Versicherung

Ich habe eine Bestellung inklusive der Sorglosversicherung abgeschlossen, um auf der sicheren Seite zu sein. Leider kam die Bestellung nicht vollständig an, das Paket war beschädigt. Der Schaden inkl Fotos etc wurde sowohl dem Händler als auch der Versicherung gemeldet.
Zunächst hat der Händler seine volle Unterstützung zugesichert und war bemüht, das Problem zu lösen. Doch jetzt werde ich alleine gelassen. Die Versicherung greift nicht, und Hermes verweist mich darauf, dass der Händler der Vertragspartner ist. Das Ganze geht seit Wochen täglich hin und her. Händler und Versicherung sehen sich nicht in der Verantwortung.
Stehe mit dem Problem mittlerweile alleine da, bin mit den Nerven am Ende und dazu auch noch schwer krank.
Diese Erfahrung ist extrem belastend, und ich kann den Händler nicht empfehlen.
Es bringt nichts, mit Versicherungen zu werben, die letztlich nicht helfen.

Initially, the issue of the damaged package was not mentioned until we followed up with specific questions. While you did provide evidence of the damage, this was not recognized as legitimate by the third-party insurance company you selected for your order.

From our side, we took every possible step to assist you. We provided a pre-paid return label for the items you wished to return and contacted the insurance company on your behalf to advocate for your claim. Unfortunately, without valid documentation, the insurance could not proceed, and we were unable to take the matter further.

It is worth noting that throughout this process, we have faced repeated threats of negative reviews and other actions, which we feel were manipulative. Such behavior undermines the trust we aim to build with our customers and does not reflect a genuine attempt to resolve the issue collaboratively.

As a small business, we work hard to ensure every customer has a fair and positive experience, and we regret that this situation has escalated. While we believe we have done everything in our power to resolve this matter, we will not be pursuing it further.

We value our customers and remain committed to offering the best possible service, but we also trust in fairness and transparency on both sides.

I previously posted a poor review in relation to this company so I am happy to say that I can now give more positive feedback , I still have an issue with the delivery time and the sizing on the trousers being on the small side, I cannot fault their customer service dept who reply very promptly, I received a second delivery and was delighted with the sizing and the quality, fair is fair in the review dept

Poor service

I ordered on the 21st October, notified that the goods were shipped on the 31st, still not received by the 7th November. Confirmation stated the goods would be shipped latest 3 to 7 days from order. Unsatisfactory response from customer service. Really disappointed. It is now the 13th Nov. Still no goods, got a notification saying attempted delivery but incorrect address. Address used is a valid address that receives goods and post daily. No response to any recent emails. Dreadful service

We’ve been informed by the courier that the delivery attempt failed due to the address being marked as unreachable or incorrect.

Previously, you mentioned that you might be traveling abroad during the delivery period, so we assumed this could also contribute to the delivery difficulty. However, we are actively inquiring with the shipping company to get a clearer update on the parcel's status.

Toller Kleidungsstil - Kundenservice leider zu langsam!

Die Klamotten sind toll und ich würde sehr gerne öfter mal dort bestellen. Der Kundenservice ist nur leider SEHR langsam und antwortet nicht bzw. nur auf mehrmalige Aufforderung - und da nicht einmal direkt auf das Anfragemail, sondern rein die Ausführung/Abhandlung des weiteren Prozesses.
Konkret: musste leider zurückschicken - erstens kam das Paket sehr spät und nach Anmeldung einer Retoursendung musste ich eine Woche auf eine Reaktion warten - kurz darauf war auch schon fast die Zahlungsfrist vorbei. Paket ging, nach mehrmaligem Bitten, dann doch endlich zurück. Mittlerweile ist das Paket seit 1 Woche schon zurück beim Empfänger - die Retoure wurde jedoch bei Klarna nicht angemeldet, sodass ich nun eine Zahlungsmahnung bekommen habe. Firma reagierte bisher nicht - mein zweites Mail ging über 24h nach dem ersten Mail raus. Ich hoffe, dass sich das Problem bald löst.

Ich verstehe, dass die Firma ein Nachhaltigkeitsprinzip einhalten möchte, was das Retournieren von Ware betrifft. Manchmal passen die Dinge nun aber einfach nicht und man sieht sich gezwungen zurück zu schicken. Die Abhandlung dieser ganzen Abläufe könnten aber dennoch effizienter und kundenfreundlicher behandelt werden.
