Worth the wait

It takes a little longer for the items to reach, but it’s worth the wait. The clothes are unique and lovely. Will be purchasing again!

Les délais de livraison sont trop longs…

Les délais de livraison sont trop longs . Les articles sont beaux et originaux. Le prix edt un peu élevé pour ce genre de matières, mais malgré tout si le temps de livraison diminue peut-être que je recommanderais des articles.

Awful dress

Edited review** after leaving this feedback Simple Moderne immediately contacted me. A free Return label was provided & a refund made in a very quick time frame.

Awful dress
Very cheap and flimsy fabric and smells disgusting, like fishy plastic. Packaging showed shipped from Ali Express!! A lot of money for a bit of tat!!

No veo normal que una prenda que se supone que viene de paises bajos,tarde dos meses en llegar a españa....o acaso viene de china???. No volvere a comprar

Su pedido fue enviado desde los Países Bajos a través de PostNL, como todos nuestros pedidos a España, y fue entregado en buenas condiciones. Es cierto que la preparación tomó más tiempo debido a nuestro período de vacaciones y al hecho de que trabajamos con cantidades de producción limitadas y artículos hechos por encargo. Sin embargo, el tiempo real de envío no fue de dos meses, como se menciona en la reseña.

Siempre hacemos todo lo posible por comunicar los plazos de procesamiento esperados y, aunque los servicios de envío no siempre están bajo nuestro control, nos aseguramos de cuidar a nuestros clientes en caso de cualquier incidencia. Apreciaríamos que su reseña reflejara de manera justa la experiencia en general, incluyendo la calidad del producto, en lugar de enfocarse únicamente en el tiempo de envío.

Love the dress, good quality!

I love the dress qnd every purchase that i made. With this one I need some help, because the dress is little smalle so i call customers service and they really did everything so I can get what I wish for.
I recommend that you buy number bigger then you usuall have . Very good quality! Really love the simple moderne and I always coming back!

Love ,love ,love my new jacket

Love ,love ,love my new jacket, its even better than I expected, and arrived very promptly.
Good customer service aswell when I enquired about the tracking which appeared at one point not to be working, I had lost confidence a little bit because my last purchase from abroad used Yodel which then lost my item while having it tracked it to two different places, but this firm used Evri which was excellent.
Very happy with my new jacket.

Initially confusing advertising:now clarified

I did not realise this was a Chinese company , so took a long time to come .
I ordered the black and grey Bardot punk dress , this was fine ..unsure what the material is .
I also ordered “ layered elegance .Overlay dress and wide leg jumpsuit combo”( this is their wording) they sent the overlay dress and argue the wide leg jumpsuit is NOT included !
So be very careful what you order as it is not as advertised .
I am currently trying to get my money back for the jumpsuit that did not arrive but was advertised as part of the order !
Thank you for clarifying …I didn’t realise it was a Dutch company and secondly , yes there was confusion with the listing and the company did refund me and I believe have now clarified the listing .
I would like to know if the clothes are made in Hollland or elsewhere .

The product listing included both the dress and the jumpsuit under one product as separate variants, which unfortunately caused some confusion for several customers. As a result, we made the necessary adjustments to the listing and informed you of this change.

Pakketje ontvangen maar vanuit gegaan…

Pakketje ontvangen maar vanuit gegaan dat ik 2 artikelen zou ontvangen bleek maar 1 te zijn was niet echt duidelijk op de website. Dan 3 keer bericht moeten sturen voordat ik antwoord kreeg.besloten het artikel retour te sturen maar moet schijnbaar wachten op een goedkeuring hiervoor en dus geen adres waar het heengestuurd moet worden. Al met al een slechte service.

Another brilliant item!

Received the dress in good time, well documented in emails along it's journey and I was really very pleased with item, as usual. Well made and quirky design, again, as usual. Will be worn either dressed up or as every day wear. Love it and thank you once again Simple Moderne ❤️
