Excellent experience

Kleding uit Azië

Kleding kwam uit Azië.
Levering duurde een maand en toen was 1 item nog steeds niet aangekomen.
Kleding is veel goedkoper terug te vinden op andere sites. Op die sites worden exact dezelfde foto’s gebruikt.
Toen ik dit alles doorgaf aan SM ontving ik wel een retourlabel en kreeg mijn geld terug.
Daarna bestelde ik dezelfde kleren op andere sites. Het enige verschil was dat er op de kleding van SM een label was attached en ze bij SM 5x meer kostten.
Kortom: goedkope kleding uit Azië die je duur betaalt en met een chic kaartje eraan met logo van SM.

two months to receive my order

Took nearly two months to receive my order and a lot of follow up emails
Customer service was really nice and helpful however the delivery time was awful

We’re truly sorry that the delivery time did not meet your expectations. As we discussed via email, your original parcel was unfortunately returned due to an address issue where the province in Norway wasn’t recognized correctly by the courier.

To make it right, we sent a replacement order without waiting for the return of the original package — doing everything within our power to resolve the issue quickly and at our own cost.

I have asked for a return as nothing fitted everything I check my request is this under review I JUST WANT TO SEND THE CLOTHES BACK AND GET MY MONEY BACK

Nice pieces but delivery took sooooo long

After a long time of waiting I received my tull skirts. They are very nice made. Every time I needed help the team answered me right away and they were really nice and friendly. Would buy again

Delivery fast, but bad material

Delivery was fast. The product is not satisfactory. The fabric feels like plastic and not worth the money. I am disappointed.

Skirt with a broken zipper, no answer from company, over 6 week delivery time

I ordered a skirt from Simple Moderne, it took over 6 weeks to be delivered (all the way to Spain, should have taken 5-12 days), when I contacted to inquire no one answered, until finally I demanded a refund, then I got a response.
When the skirt finally arrived the zipper is broken and once again, I can't get an answer from customer service of the company.
Can't recommend this shopping there.
