Bestellung und Lieferung ging eigentlich relativ schnell, 3 Teile bestellt, 2 Teile nur erhalten und 1 Teil wurde gleich als Retoure markiert und nicht gesendet. Die 2 Teile bekommen, waren aber von der Qualität nicht ganz das was ich erwartet habe. Dann Retoure bei Simple Moderne angemeldet und auch bei Klarna gemeldet. Retoure erfolgte am 27.10.2023 habe dies an Simple Moderne per Mail kund getan, nichts gehört und heute von Klarna eine Aufforderung zwecks der Retoure bekommen. Ich hoffe die Retourenabwicklung funktioniert,wenn nicht vergebe ich nur 2 Sterne.

Marchio olandese merce cinese
Ho acquistato un capo da questo sito che dichiara essere un marchio con sede nei Paesi Bassi, il prodotto mi arriva dopo oltre un mese spedito dalla Cina. Guardando il capo è evidente che si tratta di fabbricazione cinese, anche l’etichetta è di un’anonima azienda cinese simile a quelle che si trovano sulle bancarelle o negli empori cinesi.
Sono molto delusa e mi sento truffata

Come indicato sul nostro sito, siamo un marchio con sede nei Paesi Bassi, tuttavia lavoriamo e supportiamo piccoli produttori indipendenti in tutto il mondo. Non produciamo abbigliamento nei Paesi Bassi. In effetti, in Europa in generale c'è pochissima produzione disponibile. Il nostro obiettivo è supportare le piccole imprese.
Spediamo i nostri prodotti direttamente dai Paesi Bassi o dai nostri centri logistici internazionali, a seconda della disponibilità del prodotto o dell'ubicazione del cliente. In ogni caso, indichiamo chiaramente i tempi di spedizione previsti su ogni singolo prodotto per assicurarci di stabilire aspettative chiare. Ci dispiace sapere se forse ti sei perso questa informazione.
Se non sei soddisfatto del prodotto che hai ricevuto, ciò accade naturalmente, sentiti libero di utilizzare la nostra politica di restituzione e rispedire il tuo articolo. Ik heb eind oktober een item besteld en betaald. Mijn status blijft onveranderd, krijg geen reactie op mijn mail en als je belt dan krijg je een antwoordapparaat aan de lijn. Als ik mijn bestelling opzoek op de site, blijkt deze onbestaande.

I ordered for a skirt and long short sleeved coat which arrived when I wasn't home. I got a text message from suppliers about when would be good for delivery and mentioned days which were communicated to Post Italianne and I got my package the next day. Love my items and grateful for the efficient service!
