Long délai de réception mais produit au top

J’ai effectué une commande le 21/03/2021
Le mail confirme un délai de 5 à 10 jours de traitement de ma commande.
J’ai enfin reçu ma commande le 12/04/21.
Je désespérerais un peu mais quelle joie de découvrir ma commande.
Les articles sont encore mieux qu’en photo.
Très originaux et d’une bonne qualité...je recommande vivement cette marque
Je pense même passer une nouvelle commande bientôt 😁

Bought a pair of harem trousers and a dress. Both of good quality. Delivery happened quite fast.Ordered pants a size bigger than a europe size and they fit perfectly. I will order again...

Great quality

The quality is really good and items are exactly as described BUT their sizing on the website can be vague. As the clothes are meant to be oversized, it mostly works out, but if you are on the cuddlier side then be aware that upper arm and upper leg sizing may not be as generous as it would appear

Bigger bags

I love the clothes but the last piece I ordered it was put into a bag too small which it came out all creased not how you want to see the item and I hate ironing. Makes the clothes look cheap w hen they are badly creased use bigger bags .

Unfortunately, you have reported the issue way past due our return date so we could not determine whether it arrived damaged or the damaged occurred while wearing (washing your items). To mitigate this, our customer service representative has offered to issue our store credit for the damaged item, yet we have not heard back from you on this! This offer is still open.
