A waste

A waste! Do not waste your money on simple human, as you will regret it.
I had purchased my 58 L rectangular trash can, and have been having issues with it; but kept it as long as it was still working. The lid had finally completely shut off, and now I have to resort to manually open the lid to use my expensive trash can.
I finally reached out to simple human after trying different things without success. They had mentioned my warranty expired on 07/31/2023. My lid had completely shut off around November 2023, so just a few months after the warranty expired. They offered me 20%off to purchase a new one at $250? Why would I spend so much on a useless product? Makes no sense! You will not be getting a dime from me Simple Human, especially for a trash can that would not even last 3 years. I will be getting a much more effective, useful forever lasting trash can for way less. I was promised quality, and this was not delivered. Ridiculous!

Terrible

Had a sensor mirror for 7 years which has now developed a temperamental sensor.
Emailed the company to arrange a repair to which they replied they don't do them and offered me 10% off my next purchase.
I reminded them of their boasts about sustainability on their homepage but they're not interested.
App associated with the mirror never works on androids and is temperamental with apple devices. See 1* reviews on the app stores.
We're talking about a mirror that costs £200!
Appaling customer service wouldn't recommend

Trash cans are nice the manual ones

Trash cans are nice the manual ones, stay away from the automated ones the engine will die quickly. Their mirrors are nice, mine died after 7 tears. So I looked for a new one, their basic one at $130 costs 8 to 10 times less on Aliexpress! So good bye Simple Scam.

Ordered the dish rack but wanted to return because if was to big. No way to
reach a human being. The BOT finally had Fed Ex pick up. I returned it and have not gotten a credit. Cannot get any response even from the BOT. Would never recommend them.

Horrendous customer service

In fact, there is no customer support at all… no actual humans and it takes days for a response. When you do get a response, they (it) will ask you to repeat the same information that you literally just gave over and over, to the point where it seems as though they’re F***ing with you!

Simply appalling. Will never buy from this garbage company again.

SimpleHuman Soap Dispenser

We purchased a SimpleHuman Soap Dispenser just over two years ago. We loved it. However it broke just a few weeks after the warranty expired! We tried everything, including troubleshooting videos. Simple Human reached out for a 20% discount on our next purchase. Why would anybody buy a product that breaks so soon??

Do not buy the dual caddy pump!!!!

I bought the dual Caddy pumps in July 2023. Almost six months later the pump broke. I reached out to customer service and they said I can't return it since I bought it more then 45 days ago and that I should just use super glue for it . Ha! Do not waste your money!!! Simply Wrong Product

Apparently Simply Human doesn't take care their customers after purchase. Ive sent at least 3 emails pertaining to a frustrating situation with trash can liners not fitting properly. I'm planning to buy another kitchen garbage can and hesitant to purchase another Simply Human. Considering Simply Human has ignored my emails. I can only write a review regarding this product warning people that this company doesn't stand behind their product and warn people not to purchase Simply Human Kitchen Garbage Can products. Their trash liners don't fit properly. I'm stuck with 240 kitchen garbage can liners.....oh well time to give another company business.

I ordered a dual trash container and it arrived with a dented hole.
They required that I send photos of the container & the damaged boxes it arrived in so they could contact the carrier. I did as they said. After that, I have sent a text every day for almost 2 weeks and I get NO response. Their customer service is one of the worst I have dealt with. So now, they have my $180.00 and I have a damaged trash container. Think twice before you purchase from them!!!

Stay Away

Absolute horrible customer service. My garbage can never made it to me. It has been stuck missing at a FedEx facility somewhere. I have tried for over a week to get a refund. Chat Service is non existent.....emails are non existent.....No phone number to contact anyone. I disputed the charge on my credit card to finally get the money back. I can't comment on the product because I never received it. Ordered through another company and am hoping to receive it in the next 2 days. Don't waste your time with this company.

I will start off by saying the product is great!

Their Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I purchased 3 trash cans of which 2 were damaged. I had no idea what I was in for. They’re only available via email/text and have a 24 hour response time (that’s a lie). After approximately a week I was able to exchange emails with Michelle (I have no clue how she works Customer Service) including the images of the damages. She sent me the link to do the returns.

This part is partially my fault. Because I had one order, when I went through the return process it generated only one shipping label. I went to FexEx (30 mins) and was informed I needed another return label. Seen as I originally purchased 3 trash cans, I initiated a return for the 3rd trash can. I wrote a note explaining that I should only be reimbursed for 2 trash cans and not 3 and further explained that I could not generate a shipping for any of the original damaged bins as the system would not allow. 1 week later and I have only been reimbursed for only 1 trash can.

Now for consistency and repurchasing the 2 trash cans from Simply. I originally paid $126 per bin. I have been speaking with Glorelyn at this point (SimplyHuman Customer Rep). I explained that I paid $126 per can and now I’m seeing it for $180. Keep in mind that I have not yet received my other $126 for the defective bin. This lady will explain that was a Black Friday Sale and she can offer me a 20% discount. I’m not sure who taught her math but that’s no $126. I’m over a month into this process at submitting this and I have only 1 good trash can and have only been reimbursed for 1 of 2 return. Never again!!!

No Human in Customer Service

No Human in Customer Service.

I ordered a 58L recycling system, and it arrived damaged. There's no opportunity to speak to a HUMAN. All customer service is facilitated through email, chat, or text; it takes DAYS to get a response. My package was received on 11/25; I contacted Simplehuman on 11/27 via text and followed up with email and chat on 11/29. Today is 12/12, and I still have no immediate response on the next steps. I finally decided to use their ticketing system to file a return for a full refund, except the S&H fee was deducted from my credit. For the record, the S&H damaged the product to begin with -- the fact that I have to pay to return it is appalling. I will NOT be ordering or purchasing their products ever again.

Customer service is disgraceful

Customer service is disgraceful. They don't give you answers to your questions. They're only interested in fobbing you off.

When you contact them through their Australian website for products purchased through their Australian distributors physical stores. You get an overseas person who can't even use the correct units of measurements for Australia & is not familiar with Australian Consumer Law.

They charge top prices for their items and provide zero customer support.

Do not buy their over priced items!

Sensor pumps are terrible

Sensor pumps are terrible. I ordered two pumps for early Black Friday. Both pumps are in the kitchen, one for hand soap and one for dish soap. I noticed they were getting triggered when I was washing out my sink. So I moved them back a couple inches. I am spraying out my sink and the water is spraying on the opposite side of where the pumps are at yet both are dumping soap out on the counter as I rinse out my sink. There is no sensitivity adjustment just wasted soap. Do not buy this poorly designed product. Also, I couldn’t find a place to leave a review on their site. They may be trying to curate their own reviews or only take good ones.

Produit de mauvais qualité à un prix exorbitant

Achat d'une poubelle pour la deuxiéme fois, un prix exhorbitant ( 120€) pour une qualité bas de gamme, la pédale s'est cassé au bout d'un an pour la deuxiéme fois, un plastique de très mauvaise qualité j'aurais eu la même situation avec une poubelle 4 fois moins chére. Une garantie bidon impossible à activer. Un service client inutile. Plus jamais cette marque.
A fuir!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
