I would like to say that two gentlemen from Simple Heating called Mick and Tim came to our house to fit a first time central heating system and they were outstanding.Worked incredibly hard, long hours very polite extremely considerate and my husband and I cant sing their praises enough.Top quality workmanship and cleaned everything away after themselves. They truly have made a massive difference to our lives after a rough 6 months with a different company that messed us around being left without any heating or hot water Thankyou both so much from William and I and boys.

A late review but over a week ago we had a new boiler fitted by Mick and Tim, very happy with the service they provided 2 very polite gentleman, very clean an tidy job they did, just felt sorry for them as things at our end didn't go straight forward and that meant they was here till 9pm then had a long drive home but thank you for sorting everything out highly recommend these 2 gentleman

My new boiler installation was carried out on behalf of British Gas by your engineer who worked hard and well. He was very pleasant and helpful and a clean worker, I was most satisfied with the work done Thankyou

Had a great guy called Mike Parry putting us a heating system in and he has been an absolute super star, very polite kept us informed of needs and changes. Everything was kept tidy and clean the only thing I needed to do was supply coffee/tea.
The service we have had from start to finish has been spot on this includes the office team surveyor. Thank you so much. Thanks to Tim (Jim) too for helping day 3.Thanks again guys your stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From my boiler finally giving up to ordering a new boiler and having it installed was literally a few days. Boiler was delivered the day before the engineers came to install and the old boiler was all taken away on the same day. Clean, Tidy, Polite speedy service followed up by an email to make sure everything was ok. Couldn't ask for better customer service and would recommend to anyone looking to replace their boiler. Thank you

An awesome service from start to finish. From our first enquiry with Katie who helped us through to when the installation took place. The planner came out and planned everything well so when the installers Tim, Mike and Andrew came out everything went smoothly. They worked so hard to complete the job and were extremely friendly throughout. They are a great asset to the company and such a great advert. I would welcome anyone to get work done by Simple Heating Services.

5 stars is not enough for this company. From start to finish they were outstanding. Starting with Emma Rice who was brilliant,well informative,and a really lovely lady. Then Anthony the surveyor also brilliant and lovely he was a pleasure to have in our home. Emma from insulations was also fantastic and helpful. Then Mike and Tim Parry the engineers no words can describe how awesome these guys were. They never stopped working till the job was done. Their work was done to the highest standard and talked me through what they were doing as they went along. Anyone who gets these guys are in safe hands very professional,well mannered,hard working but you can also have a laugh with them. They left no mess behind and even did a follow up call the next day. My family and neighbours loved these 2 guys.I would 100%recommend using simple heating they are trustworthy and all their staff members I was in contact with were outstanding can't thank them enough for everything .

I have nothing but praise for Simple Heating after they replaced my boiler exchange. From the first contact by phone call to the installation of my boiler they were proffesional and the workmanship was top notch.

This was a great service. They got back to us quickly with answers to our queries. The engineer did a superb job. Can't fault them at all.

Had Andrew Macklin come down to fix our leak on the boiler. Very good job done by him to stop the leak.
