This would have and should have been a very positive 5 star review but unfortunately this is not the case. However I'll hold my hands up and say I am partly to blame, it was the unhelpfulness of there customer service is why I rated 3 stars. I'll quickly explain. I purchased a two day pass for my family of four for our visit to New York for my Daughters 21st birthday celebration. We first used the pass around 6pm on Wednesday 5th October for Madam Tussauds, doing so this in effect lost us a day of the passes validity because they expired on Thursday 5th at midnight. I telephone customer services and spoke to two agents and both were extremely unhelpful. no option to extend so I had no choice to purchase another 1 day ticket which I did not budget for. I also asked if they could provide a promotional code to help out with extra cost but was flatly told there are no promotional codes. As far as the passes were concerned we had no problems whatsoever redeeming but I think they need to review there time limits and perhaps set to 48hrs from activation on a 2 day pass. I hope this review helps other travellers and stops them unknowingly making the same mistake.

Un pass bien pratique mais aucun support ni retour sur les mails et quand on réussit à les joindre ils sont soit trop occupés soit ils vous raccrochent au nez. Dommage.
Sinon l'application n'est pas à niveau et certaines expériences ne sont pas valables alors qu'elles sont bien mentionnées sur le pass.
Avis donc mitigé.

Absolutely disgraceful company, so furious with them. Please avoid and book independently with the sites you wish to visit. They should be investigated for theft and false advertising.

Absolutely abysmal service. Their website states you can use the bus for the duration of the days the ticket is purchased, however you can’t. They now only allow you to use it for one day so having purchased a 5 day pass we are £500 out of pocket for something we can’t get around to do.

Fue una estafa..no pudimos usar parte de los boletos en new York además no pasaron a realizar el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel que teníamos contratado

waste of money if you want to use the hop on hop off bus which now under a different name so you will only get one day use of bus no matter how long your pass lasts

We had a good experience with this pass. We bought 2 four day passes. I had done my research so thanks to reviews on here I knew the Met was no longer on the New York pass so we expected to pay extra for that and that we had to get a ticket for the circle line cruise. The site told us to prebook for the Empire state building. Some days we managed 4 venues a day. The late opening of Madame Tussauds and the towers helped with that. We were out of season so we were able to walk into everything else even if having to exchange for a ticket the queue was very short -just a couple of people in front. We were able to go up the One World observatory at sunset with no extra cost. It worked really well and saved us a lot of money. And so easy.

Habe 2 Tickets gebucht und konnte diese leider nicht einlösen. Da ich die Versicherung mitgebucht habe, schrieb ich die Firma via Formular an. Leider erhielt ich trotz mehrerem Versuchen, keine Antwort. Als ich dann über die Mailadresse, welche auf der Homepage stand, schrieb, erhielt ich schnell eine Antwort. Mein Anliegen sei in Bearbeitung und das Geld in den nächsten 3-5 Werktagen zurückerstattet.
Und tatsächlich, habe alles zurück bekommen :-)
Ich hätte mir bei meinem ersten Mail schon eine Antwort gewünscht. Wäre auch geduldiger gewesen, bis das Geld zurückerstattet wird. Das ist schade, dass man wochenlang nichts hört, wenn man via Kontakformular schreibt.

Anuncian atracciones que no funcionan desde el covid y las publicitan actualmente , no existe el bus up y down, exclusivamente compre los pases por eso , viaje con mi madre de 84 años :(

We had a very good experience with the pass. Everything worked fine and we definitely got our money’s worth. You’ll need to do two to three things a day . But it worked everywhere we tried it. Some things are not in operation anymore but they had replacement’s. Overall happy with our purchase of the pass.

No tienen el itinerario de atracciones actualizados, fuimos a entrar al Madison Square Garden y no nos dejaron entrar con la tarjeta, según el listado de atracciones que ofrecen se supone que tienes el acceso.
Por otro lado, solo tienes el bus turístico por un día.

Mein Freund und ich haben sehr gute Erfahrungen mit dem Sightseeing Pass gemacht. Wir hatten den Flex-Pass mit 6 Sehenswürdigkeiten gebucht und auch alle genutzt. Wir waren auf insgesamt 3 Aussichtspunkten (Top of the Rock, Empire State Building und The Edge (Letztes sehr empfehlenswert). Außerdem waren wir am 9 / 11 Museum, haben das Museum of Natural History Museum besucht und uns Fahrräder bei Central Park Bike Rental or Tour by Fancy Apple ausgeliehen. Von dem Ausleihende der Fahrräder würde ich allerdings dringend abraten! 1) Lohnt es sich nicht, da die CitiBikes, die man überall in der Stadt mieten kann, deutlich günstiger sind; 2) war der Typ an der Kasse (Chef?) extrem unfreundlich! und 3) musste man noch pro Person drei Euro pro Person für die Fahrradversicherung zahlen.
Ansonsten war alles super :-)

Bought pass for New York for my self and daughter. 12 months to use the pass and holiday cancelled due to covid Jan 2022 still trying to contact the company! Says on web page passes can be extended till end of year of holiday cancelled due to covid but must contact… I did so on line contact page and email… to ring was 37 pound per minute so I wrote a letter which was returned as address none existent… have now contacted credit card to try claim money back… pls do not buy go through travel provider which I have had to do another 300… 259 I spent on this scam

Wir haben den Sightseeing Pass in New York Anfang des Jahres benutzt und waren damit an sich sehr zufrieden - bis auf eine nicht verfügbare Attraktion, auf deren Kosten wir letzendlich sitzen geblieben sind.
Wir hatten uns nur deshalb für einen Kauf entschieden, da es zu dieser Zeit eine Rabattaktion von 40% gab und wir uns somit pro Pass 80$ gespart hätten. Leider wurde der Normalpreis abgebucht. Wir haben uns direkt über das Kontaktformular der Seite an das Sightseeing Team gewandt mit der Bitte um Rückerstattung des Betrages der Rabattaktion. Seitdem sind nun über 5 Monate und einige weitere Schreiben vergangen, ohne nur eine einzige Antwort geschweige denn eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten!!! Absolut unmöglicher Service!

There are so many attractions that can not use. I suggest that everyone do not buy it.

BEWARE. Read throughly and call ahead to ALL attractions before showing up. The jump on, jump off bus is currently not running. Several attractions are no longer honoring the free pass. Became very frustrated by the end of our week long trip. Sightseeing was no help when called to explain why we could not use . June 2022

This pass worked first time everytime, i definently benefitted from using it.

My significant other and I visited Nashville recently. We found this pass and thought it would be a great option as we were not exactly sure what to do but we knew we wanted to tour the city. We purchased our passes and although they were quite pricy it seemed like a great option for us because we would get to do and see many things. The one service we 100% wanted to do while in Nashville and the main reason we purchased this pass is because of the on/off bus tour advertised on their website and app. After purchasing our tickets and browsing the attraction options we began to plan our trip. While scheduling we noticed the main attractions we originally saw on the site/app were not longer available or had invalid contact information to schedule. The grey hound on and off tour, the monster truck tour, and golf cart tour (all advertised when purchased) as well as the drinking game are all not included in this pass although they were advertised. As mentioned, the main reason we bought this pass was for the on/off bus tour, but when reading the fine print it says it’s not available at this time.
We called about this we were told there was no on/off tour and were not told there was another tour option with greyhound. We decided to schedule the golf cart tour instead, but we noticed this attraction was taken off the list. Same thing with the monster truck tour. We ended up doing random attractions on the list just to try to get our money’s worth of these tickets. As we were left feeling let down from these passes and barley got to see or learn much about the history of the city, I decided to explain my issues on the Contact Us Form on the website. This was in late May, I still have yet to received a follow up regarding this (it’s now mid June- 3ish weeks later). Because of this I call customer service and explain my situation, on the first call it was disconnected. I call again, explain the situation another time, and I was told all the managers were in a meeting and I would be called back. The rest of the afternoon goes by, as well as another day and I never received a call back. So I call again (a day and a half later), again I explain my situation, and I am told the managers are still busy and will email me in 2-3 business days. I am currently waiting on this email. Overall I am upset with the false advertisement and customer service with this pass. The company should fix their advertising on the site so customers know exactly what they are receiving and signing up for and it is accurate information. Additionally, this company should check all of their contact information for the partners they had. I had issues with email addresses bouncing back when trying to schedule as well as incorrect phone numbers/hours listed. Finally, there should be better customer service both on the phone line and online from. Having to call this company now 3 times to try to get this issue resolved and filling out a form that says contact us then never receiving a contact back is a huge let down. Again I’m very upset with this company and pass as I originally had high hopes and it seemed like a cool option for tourists. From my experience I would not recommend.

We are still waiting for our refund as they promised us in April 2022.
Their teammember promised a refund, because we can’t get a helicopter flight from 09th till 15th April. We are from Europe so she promised a refund within five days, because we had an insurance, so everything will be alright. But until now - we did'nt get the money (more than 600$) back.
