Purchased the sightseeing pass a few months ago for new york in June 2025. A few days before going i decided to pre book a couple of places and was met with a generic message saying that the company has ceased trading. I had received no email prior to this and no way of contacting them. I'm glad that I checked beforehand because we would have looked like a right pair of idiots. We had to spend another few hundred pounds with a different company. We lodged a dispute with our card company and today have received a full refund.. I urge anyone that has gone through the same thing to raise a dispute with this company to get your money back.

Had purchased previously in Jan 2024 and had minor issues regarding the airport transfer that was offered at the time but decided to purchase again for a trip in November 2025. The company has since gone out of business with not so much as an email notification. Currently pursuing a refund via credit card company. Extremely disappointing. I would say do not buy but the physically no longer allows you to and is ZERO help.

If I could give the NEW YORK SIGHTSEEING PASS a TRUE rating it would be MINUS 10 STARS. We have been totally RIPPED OFF, this site is a FULL ON SCAM, unfortunately I learnt the hard way, I booked a 2 day pass for 2 people, it cost me almost $600 US DOLLARS, & I have now found out I have lost all that money, & now have to find another $600 US if I want to go to all places I had planned to go with my 2 day pass, that is NOW WORTHLESS! 😭😭😭 I REALLY HOPE OTHER TRAVELLERS SEE THIS & NEVER USE THIS PASS SITE. Sinverguenzas. Me he enterando que habian cerrado reservando el empire state. Tickets comprados en mayo. 600 €. Con supuesto seguro. Web bloqueada. Mail sin respuesta. Ninguna informacion suya. Estoy intentando anulen cargo tarjeta. Si alguien sabe como proceder agradecere cualquier ayuda.

L’entreprise a fait faillite, malgré le fait que j’ai souscrit à l’assurance annulation, impossible de se faire rembourser car on ne peut plus se connecter. Pas de réponse non plus à mon mail envoyé il y a un mois et demi, des voleurs, 260€ de perdu à cause d’eux. Le pire étant qu’ils continuent à vendre leurs pass malgré le fait qu’ils soient inutilisables…

Es una completa vergüenza!!! Compramos en enero para agosto dos pases y hoy 19 de julio aparece en la aplicación que la empresa ya no funciona ni podremos tener acceso a nuestros pases. La aplicación no nos da ninguna información sobre formas de recuperar el dinero que nos hemos gastado y solo dicen que informarán más adelante. Experiencia vergonzosa.

Estafados y nadie dice ni hace nada, compre los pases en mayo para disfrutar del viaje a NY en Julio y cierran las operaciones en junio, que desgracia... alguien sabe algo porque de reclamar te rebota el correo. Si alguien sabe algo por favor que comparta información

I purchased multiple passes in March for an August trip. The first warning sign came in May when they removed the Statue of Liberty Cruise, followed by other major attractions like Top of the Rock. On June 19, the company filed for bankruptcy and shut down all customer service. Passes are now completely unusable, and refunds from the company are very unlikely. I was able to get a refund through my credit card - if you’re affected, try your bank or travel insurance. The company used to be legit, but due to its financial situation, I strongly advise avoiding them for now.

Cancelados los pases sin ninguna explicación y sin poder reclamar. Estoy gestionando con mi banco para que anulen el pago ya que viajo en agosto y ya se que no me van a dar el servicio. Alguien tiene alguna información.

Pass annullato, non rispondono alle mail e al telefono e non rimborsano i soldi nonostante l'assicurazione fatta.

im april 2025 600 euro für 2 pässe für august 2025 ausgegeben. jetzt, juli 2025, ist die dr*ksfirma insolvent. da fällt mir nix mehr ein...

We booked 5 passes for New York.

When we were in New York we tried to book to take the boat to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. However, we weren’t able to as the booking system was down, the lady who answered the call wasn’t overly helpful and became even less so when after promising to ring me back she failed to do so. Therefore, due to time restrictions we had to pay separately to take the ferry to the Statue of Liberty which cost us £100.35. We only ended up using 4 of the 5 passes we paid for as we had specifically kept 1 for the boat to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

They have failed to respond to my initial email of complaint and the follow up email.

I work for a business where the client is paramount, no clients no business, unfortunately this company do not value their customers. Avoid!

I purchased a $200 New York Sightseeing Pass on June 7, 2025. The company has shut down operations without any notice or refund.

I planned to use the pass in August, but now I cannot access the app or contact customer support.

My bank denied my refund request, and the company is ignoring all emails.

This is very disappointing and unacceptable. I hope this review warns others before they purchase.

Una estafa en toda regla. Han desaparecido. Ya no dan servicio y no funciona su web ni su app. He enviado un mail para intentar recuperar el dinero pero ya lo doy por perdido. No dan opción a utilizar el seguro de reembolso. No me han informado a través de correo electrónico, me he enterado de casualidad.

Acabo de recibir un email que informa de la suspensión de la actividad de la empresa. No dan más explicación. No pagué seguro de cancelación porque entendí que yo no iba a cancelar el viaje. Está circunstancia es muy diferente. Entiendo que es un incumplimiento del servicio por su parte y algo se ha de poder reclamar! ¿Alguien más?

DON'T TAKE THIS PASS!!! THEY PROMISE YOU SOMETHING THAT THEY CANNOT GIVE YOU. WE BOUGHT A 4-DAYS PASS FOR NEW YORK ON 21 MAY AFTER HAVING LOOKED AT THE ATTRACTIONS THAT WERE INCLUDED. UNFORTUNATELY, 2 DAYS AGO (14TH JUNE) WE WANTED TO SEE THE TOP OF THE ROCK AND ST.PATRICKS CHURCH AND FOUND OUT THAT THESE ATTRACTIONS WERE NOT INCLUDED ANYMORE.... WHEN WE BOUGHT THE PASS THESE WAS NOT MENTIONED WHICH IS THE FIRST THING THAT IS NOT FAIR). I'VE CALLED THE SIGHTSEEING PASS EXPLAINING MY CONCERN AND ASKED FOR THE MONEY BACK OF THE ATTRACTIONS WE COULDN'T VISIT. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE SENDING ME AN EMAIL THE DAY AFTER TO TELL ME WHAT DECISION THEY WOULD PROPOSE. NO EMAIL ARRIVED AND I FOUND OUT ONLY AFTER CALLING AGAIN THAT THE 4 DAYSPASS HAD BEEN REDUCED TO 3 DAYS AND THAT THEY REFUNDED ME 200 $ FOR 5 PERSONS (40 $ PER PERSON !!!!). THIS MAKES NO SENSE AND IS A BIG LOST FOR US. NOW, ON THE 4TH DAY WE CANNOT SEE ANY ATTRACTIONS ANYMORE.WITHOUT PAYING THEM. CHALOTTE MEI, THE SUPERVISOR, ONLY MADE THE INTEREST OF THE COMPANY AND NOT THOSE OF THE CUSTOMERS. BUY OTHER PASSES.

Complete fraud . Never book .

ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA A NEW YORK maggio 2025!
Sconsigliato e inaffidabile!
Rientrata da New York 1 settimana fa! Io e altri 3 amici abbiamo acquistato il SightSeeing Pass per 10 attrazioni e abbiamo scoperto solo in loco che 2 attrazioni tra quelle da noi selezionate NON sono più CONVENZIONATE.

La prima amara scoperta è stata con il Traghetto+ingresso Liberty & Ellis Island. È obbligatoria la prenotazione telefonica, quindi abbiamo contattato 2 volte ed in entrambe ci è stato risposto di richiamare perché c'erano problemi col sistema prenotazioni e poi senza nemmeno una comunicazione abbiamo scoperto da soli che era stata rimossa non trovandola più nella lista delle attrazioni sull'App.
La seconda è stata al Top of the Rock, qui c'è scritto che la prenotazione non è obbligatoria, ci siamo recati alla biglietteria e presentato il Pass ma ahimè ci hanno comunicato che NON accettano più il Sightseeing Pass per insolvenza pagamenti.

Per non parlare del servizio clienti inesistente, impossibile comunicare se non dal form sul sito peccato che non rispondano mai.
Non consiglierò il Sightseeing Pass a nessuno!

2 Monate nach Kauf des Passes sind 4 Attraktionen wegen derer wir gebucht haben nicht mehr im Angebot (z.B. world Center Observatory, Top of the Rocks,…) werden aber z.T. noch beworben.
Bei den anderen Sachen gibt es z.T irreführende Beschreibungen, z.B. 9/11 Museum (Achtung) Workshop. Erst wenn man ganz genau liest, erfährt man, dass es NICHT das Museum ist.

Buchungen z.T. schwierig (nur telefonisch, …)

Da man die Sehenswürdigkeiten nur einmal machen kann, müssen wir jetzt Sachen machen, die uns nicht interessieren, weniger als den Durchschnittspreis kosten oder Tickets verfallen lassen.

Das ist lästig und ein unerwünschtes Ärgernis im einem den Urlaub

Vielleicht was für Leute, die geführte Spaziergänge den Top Attraktionen vorziehen
