Attenzione mi trovo a New York ho pagato per 4 pass circa 1400 euro, sono riuscita ad entrare gratuitamente solo all’empire. Per la crociera di notte ho dovuto versare altri 60 dollari.Non mi hanno accettato il sifghteen pass al battello per ellis island e statua della libertà

HO ACQUISTATO DUE PASS SPENDENDO QUASI 650€ ED È IMPOSSIBILE PRENOTARE ATTRAZIONI.

Listen up, I don't understand all the hate!!

I was very happy with the Sightseeing Pass. Worked as a charm most places, and I saved a tons of money. A few places it didn't work, but it was not their fault (app incompatibility on the High Line, sudden family matters at one guided bike ride etc.).
The only reasons for not giving five stars:

- They ain't answering their e-mails
- They exagerate the normal prices a little bit.

On not answering their e-mails: Some attractions you have to reserve, like The Empire State Building for instance. The normal reservation interface on their web site doesn't work, but when pressing the alternative one, it is possible to reserve.

Saved a lot of money using the pass. Very easy to use. Had great customer service

I have purchased 2 x 3 Day Sightseeing Passes and am trying to organise our time in New York.
Most of the bookings are simply coming up as "Unavailable on that date" - I've tried all sorts of dates.
I have sent FOUR contact forms over the past week and have no responses at all.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I wasted $151.
I bought a six attraction tickets. I planned to do three in one day and scheduled according to time and distance. The information of some attractions were not up to date causing my scheduled to fall apart. That day I only saw one attraction and wasted my time and Uber money going to attractions that were either closed or have a different tour than the one advertised. I called Sightseeing several times and after long waits, when I finally talked to a representative the call were "disconnected". That happens three times in one day so I do not believe those calls were "disconnected" but they just hung up on me. Mi several emails were totally ignored too. Months later I got an email saying that "due to a larger-than-average volume of emails, you should expect to receive a personal response within 24-48 hours". It has been eight weeks since then!!!
Such a waste of money. I do not recommended this company for tours.

Seit über 4 Monaten warte ich nun auf die Rückerstattung der Pässe (600 €) trotz Versicherung. Die Reise konnte nicht stattfinden aufgrund der Insolvenz eines großen Reiseanbieters. Entweder man bekommt gar keine Antwort oder wird vertröstet. Der Anbieter ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen, leider nur Ärger!

My passes for the London sightseeing never worked. A lot of attractions turned us away and informed us that this is a scam and a lot of people went through the same. DO NOT BUY THESE PASSES.

Brought the sightseeing pass as it looked valve for money. Wanted to go to the metropolitan museum of art it tells you to goto 8th avenue to collect your tickets,but the office is not there any more. After a number of emails to them all they say is the met is not on there pass but it is on there paperwork showing it is. It's just a con for you to buy the pass. Am now in touch with my bank to claim the pass money back. I have asked them a number of times just to pay the money back we paid out to get into the met, but they refused

Good evening. In July we bought the 10 attractions USA sightseeing pass. M

With my pass, I reserved four timeslots for the Empire State building, on Friday, the 23rd of August at 8 pm. Unfortunately, we just came back from the Empire State building, and we were not let in with our Sightseeing passes. They claim that the hours of sunset have been changed four days ago, and that we had to pay $40 extra, $10 a person. Without the extra payment, we could not proceed.

Also they claimed that they informed the offices of sightseeing pass, and that they should have informed all users of the pass about this.

We have not been informed and were not able to change the time of our visit to a date without the extra charges of $10 per person.

We had to pay $43.50 including tax extra to visit the Empire State building, and we lost the opportunity to see the sunset. I claim a refund for these charges, as we were not informed in advance about these changes.

I would like to get these extra charges refunded!.

Also the employees of the Empire State building notified us that every day there are long queues of people that exactly the same, so not notifying the people who booked their tickets in advanced is quite an issue, maybe they are not aware of this!

We're gonna report sightseeing for failure to comply with the services. This is our fifth day with the card and we have not been able to exchange or enjoy the services that require a prior booking. The app interface doesn't work and the web doesn't solve the problem. We have written two times without answer.

Definitively the worst wasted money in my whole life. We tried to find the offices of Sightseeing in the address of Manhattan that appears in the web but is a ghost company that doesn’t exist anywhere.

Tried to book in advance entry to Empire State Building on their app & website, but just gets error message that it is not available whatever dates I choose. Emailed them twice and got an automatic reply that they reply within 24 hours. Has been a week and no replies whatsover. Beginning to think this is a scam and google them, and true enough it says so when you see all the reviews here.

This is the third time that i write about a serious disservice that i suffered by Sightseeing Pass in New York, together with my wife and my two friends. I had booked a Guided NYC Premium Bus for August 1st, at 9:30 am, meeting point in front of the Starbucks on 47th street and 8th avenue, booking
6B4VBXTX. Well, we waited in vain until 10:30 and no means of transport (bus, car, pick up or other) ever arrived to pick us up. I called the number indicated several times (+1 800 669 0051), but no one ever answered me. I even walked to the Sightseeing Pass location listed on the site (150 W 46th St., Suite 505 New York, NY 10036), but the lady who runs a place at 150W of 46th street replied that the Sightseeing Pass office was not there. Truly an absurd and disheartening experience, which demonstrated to me the lack of professionalism and seriousness of Sightseeing Pass. I hope that at least this time my report will not be ignored as happened on the morning of August 1st and 2st, when i wrote to Sightseeing Pass without receiving any response.

Il tour della città di Bergen è stato molto più corto dell'ora che c'era stata promessa. Ma più che altro la spiegazione nell' audioguida si è rivelata spesso solo un susseguirsi di nomi di vie. Ci sono stati tantissimi periodi di silenzio ed inoltre la guida non era in fase con il percorso. €40 spesi davvero male!! Completamente insoddisfatta!

Für die Sehenswürdigkeiten, bei denen keine Buchung eines Zeitslots notwendig ist, ist es ein guter Pass. Leider war dies in New York aber immer wieder notwendig. Die Buchung eines Slots über die Internetseiten der Sehenswürdigkeiten war wegen des Passes nicht möglich. Die Buchung über Sightseeingpass hat nicht funktioniert.
Ein besonderes Angebot, welches mir per Mail zugesandt wurde und welches auf der Homepage sichtbar war hat auch nicht funktioniert. Bei einem Anruf über die Hotline wurde mir mehrmals erklärt, dass dieses Angebot nicht existiert. Nach 20 Minuten wurde ich aus der Leitung entfernt.
Auf meine E-Mail wurde auch 10 Tage nach meinen Urlaub nicht reagiert.

We bought our passes on 21/01/2024 for traveling to New York from 02/07/2024 until 09/07/2024. Initially, we used the pass without any problems on the Hop On Hop Off bus (we still have the receipt from the bus mentioning it was sold by Sightseeing Pass). However, the pass stopped working at the next attraction.
The company is not reachable by phone. When we contacted them by email, their response came far too late, after we had already returned home. Their reply was:

Thanks for reaching out.
Upon checking on your passes, it was used on January 25, 2024 on The Ride.
In regards to your pass validity, once scanned, this will be valid on the next 60 days upon the first usage.

After responding to their email with proof of our ESTA document (applied for on 14/02/2024), international passports, flight tickets, and hotel details, they simply stopped answering.
This company easily makes money by scamming clients.
Please be warned: do not buy this pass!

The support team advised us, following a review, to email a happy fox mail adres. However, when we replied to this email, we received an undelivered mail notification. It seems that they are blocking customer communications.

I want to warn you about our terrible experience using this service over the last 10 days. The failures in communication and execution ruined a very rare and expensive trip for my family, and I strongly advise against using this service until drastic improvements are made.

We purchased four 10-day passes and encountered major issues:

Ambiguity in Pass Usage:
The website is unclear about how the day passes work. It suggests that you can use the pass on any day before it expires, but this is not the case. Nowhere does it mention that the days must be contiguous. Before purchasing, I called customer service and was told, "yes, you can use it ANY day." This misinformation led us to plan our 14-day trip incorrectly, resulting in the loss of 2 days (20% of the value) of our pass and at least $600 in additional expenses. We wasted round-trip train tickets to Boston totaling $534, incurred a hotel cancellation fee, and missed key attractions.

Technical Issues and Assumptions:
The service assumes users will always have quality cell service and fast internet, which is not true in many locations in New York City.

Specific issues include:

- The "Manage My Bookings" page rarely worked. Verification codes expire too quickly, causing confusion.
- Excessive customer service wait times with poor connection quality.
- The pass was not accepted at all locations, with some attractions turning us away.
- The pass site took much longer to use compared to other passes, causing embarrassment.
- The one-hour restriction on pass re-use doesn't account for reservations.
- Incorrect key information including but not limited to opening hours for several experiences.

I don't know what's going on or how they've gotten any decent reviews. But, try another service until you see a flood of improved reviews here.

Hemos cogido el de 7 atracciones y muy mal te meten un montón de atracciones es que en realidad no lo son, luego te cobran además del pase pq resulta que el pase solo sube hasta la mitad, o necesitas un seguro aparte ....y cuando tienes un problema nadie te ayuda simplemente se disculpan.
No lo recomiendo para nada
Cuando nos.quedaba una atracción y no habíamos cumplido los siete días días dejo de funcionar.

We bought the sightseeing pass one day in advance. We bought the pass mainly because of the hop on hop off bus tour as one in our family struggle to walk. The morning of our trip I read that the bus tour was not running due to street closures that day. Seeing I purchased the tickets 1 day in advance I should have been notified of this cancelation. My family and I had no form of paid transportation during our trip. I have tried emailing the company and have tried calling and I have not received any response!
There are many other companies to buy passes with transportation available in NYC! Do not buy this pass if you want any transportation or customer service!!
