Fatal. Compramos un pase de 4 días en Nueva York y solo funcionó 2. No podíamos reservar en atracciones donde se necesitaba hora previa.

La empresa reconoció el primer día su propio error y nos envió la entrada del Empire State por email. Sin embargo, en los días siguientes cuando fuimos al One World Center nuestro pase estaba en pausa y no pudimos entrar hasta 1 hora después, y lo mismo en The Ride, que ya no nos permitieron entrar, porque nos ponía el mensaje de pase "no disponible".

Contactamos con la empresa nuevamente, por email y por teléfono, con Jay Clemente que habla español. Enviamos los justificantes de todos los fallos de su sistema, del acceso no permitido en las atracciones y aún así nos dice que no nos devuelven absolutamente nada, porque el pase ya había sido activado y no tienen política de devolución.

El servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo.
Pagas por un servicio de 4 días, solo funciona 2, y les parece lo normal.
No recomiendo Sigthseeing Pass en absoluto.

Pessimo, sul mercato ci sono sicuramente pass migliori per New York, Servizio clienti scadente. Concerto Gospel cancellato per insolvenza... non pagano i tour da fine 2024. Traghetto + ingresso per Statua della Libertà ed Ellis Island non più incluso (benché sul sito sia ancora indicato): al call center continuavano a fornire scuse sul mancato invio biglietti fino al giorno prima della data di prenotazione rrichiesta, in cui mi hanno detto che non avrebbero fornito il servizio; In biglietteria mi hanno confermato che da mesi non hanno più la convenzione. Evitatelo!!

In the past the pass was fantastic. We used it in Usa and Europe a couple of times.

Last 2 times it wasn’t so great anymore. In London you can better buy loose tickets because its much cheaper! If you want to use the pass you have to call sometimes to a number in Usa when youre in Europe. The people there cant speak English!!!
I was shocked that we both paid 80 euro more. 😢

Deze pas in oktober 2024 gekocht voor citytrip 5 april 2025 NY.
Wat een ellende toen ik thuis alvast wat wilde reserveren. Het lukte van geen kant,het was niet availeble kreeg ik elke keer. 1 lukte de 911 memorial walk (zeer aan te raden dat wel!). Maar de Empire en de Statue of Liberty lukte ook niet. Bij aankomst in NY bij de Empire belde de dame achter de balie voor ons en het bleek dat ze de pass gedeactiveerd hadden???? Hoe dan? Op dat moment hebben ze het weer geactiveerd. Maar we moesten nog steeds bellen voor de Statue of Liberty, die konden we nog steeds niet reserveren. En tot 3x toe gebeld....bleek ook nog een fout nummer op de site te staan. En ja bij de 3e keer bellen lukte het niet meer voor de volgende dag na uitleg hield ze halsstarrig vol dar het niet meer kon!! En wij hadden een strak programma dus een andere mogelijkheid was er niet voor ons, dus zelf heen gegaan en deze zelf betaald uit eigen zak US 109! Wij hadden de 6 attracties flex pass, waar we maar van 3 attracties gebruik konden maken. We hoorden van andere Nederelanders dat zij de New York pass hadden en geen problemen ermee hadden. Ik denk sowieso dat je niet te vroeg een account moet aanmaken, want de pass is 3 maand geldig, zou het 2 weken voor vertrek doen.

I purchased the Sightseeing Pass for a trip to London. Once the passes were purchased I began to experience lots of frustration with this company.
1. You can only book one excursion at a time. Each excursion must be booked at least one hour apart from each other.
2. Wait times for customer service are extensive.
3. Website and app do not align on what is truly available. App is pointless. You cannot book anything on it.
4. Several excursions had QR codes provided by Sightseeing company. When attempted to use, they were incorrect and not available for event at.
5. Many sites in London did not recognize company. They mentioned London Pass is credible and reliable. They had witnessed many people attempting to use the Sightseeing passes and having to pay at the event due to complications with tickets, etc.
Know before you purchase and consider alternatives.

Worst ever. Harlem gospel booked with this pass and we had to pay 40 usd because the church didn't received their payment in 2024 si they don't accept pass anymore. But none told us a word before we arrived at the event.

Quand tout fonctionne pas de problèmes. En revanche quand vous vous voyez refuser l'entrée d'attractions comprise dans le pass ca commence à être gênant. Aucune aide disponible aussi bien au numéro de téléphone indiqué ou l'on vous dit rappeler plus tard "occupé" et encore moins par mail ou j attends encore une réponse depuis des jours. Support et aide inexistant !!!

¿Malo? No, lo siguiente, que asco de compañía, intentamos ir a las oficinas que estan al lado de Times Square para que nos dijeran que pasaba con el pase por que nos daba error. No hay oficinas, no las busquéis, la de la estatua de la libertad dos dias con el sistema caído y no nos dieron ninguna respuesta a los correos, las atracciones dejan mucho que desear y no te dan informacion de donde dirigirte a realizar las cuestiones. Si queréis tirar el dinero o vivir al limite de si vais a poder subir a las mismas comprarlo, que asco de compañía.

Ho letto ora le recensioni forse dipende dai periodi acquistati 4 pass abbiamo fatto di tutto solo per stanchezza abbiamo saltato il bronx e New York by night per il resto abbiamo prenotato sul sito tutto e nessuno ci ha chiesto un euro in più . Escluse le mance ovviamente! Consigliatissimo abbiamo fatto 4 osservatori la Gran Central con spiegazione di Collin bravissimo la Crociera , big bus, Moma museo e pedi cab con Max e Jonny entrambi super carini in Central park .

Price is irrelevant when you get poor customer service.
Called up to extend my flex tickets. I had already called onec to check as you had not responded to my message and there was no other contact option. Bearing in mind I am a foreign visitor calling on mobile.
Sadly the call handler did not understand my simple request and we went round and round in circles racking up a big phone bill. Most customers come from abroad I imagine. over 20 minutes later I hope I have got what I asked, not confident that I have. I will find out in 3 days

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Sightseeing New York Pass. Despite their advertising that most attractions do not require advance booking, we found this to be completely untrue. We were unable to use the pass for key experiences like the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Tour because they required advance reservations.

For attractions that did require reservations, the process was frustrating and unreliable. The website was unresponsive when trying to book Madame Tussauds, and when I finally received confirmation, it was for a completely different date than the one I had selected. Additionally, we tried to book the Christmas Lights Tour, only to find it was fully booked—another major disappointment.

To make matters worse, I reached out to customer service through their contact form, and they never responded. The lack of communication and support has been incredibly frustrating. Overall, this pass failed to deliver on its promises, and I feel I did not receive the value I paid for. I would not recommend it.

We fail to create an account - keep getting error code / pass cannot be used to make reservation - already 5 mails to support - no response - meanwhile we have lost 360 USD
We slagen er niet in om een account aan te maken - krijgen steeds foutcode / pas kan dus niet gebruikt worden om reservering aan te maken- reeds 5 mails naar support - geen enkele reactie - ondertussen zijn we wel 360 USD kwijt

My heart sank on reading the negative reviews on here as I’d already bought our 3 day sightseeing pass for New York, however they worked really well for us. I spent time ahead of our trip planning our days and pre booking some sights. We were able to see all we wanted, had no problems at all with places accepting our passes and saved a lot of money!

Scam and fraud.
Bought this pass for London sightseeing. No attraction we came had any knowledge about this pass and rejected entry.
No answers on emails. When calling the hotline and requesting tickets, you hear a fake voice and a few moments later the call is cancelled. No tickets. That‘s scam!

Ha funzionato discretamente - qualche pasticcio per capire le procedure di eventuali prenotazioni, con il sito impallato in loop.
Le file SI FANNO (a gennaio per fortuna non e' stato un problema, a new york).
PERO', quando e' stato il momento del millantato rimborso delle attrazioni non utilizzate (con tanto di 5 neuri di assicurazione), il servizio clienti e' SCOMPARSO. Nessun segno, nessuna risposta. Un form da compilare che finisce dritto nei loro cestini.
Decisamente meglio il New York Pass.

SCAM!! Do not buy this card. It is terrible. I bought the 2-day pass in London. The app doesn't work well, and you can't book through it. Calling the phone doesn't work either. I called 6 times to book a visit to the tower of London and they hung up on me, then didn't pick up the phone. Also the phone is from New York so I will be charged by my company for those calls. You can't visit anything at all. Nobody in London knows about this card and what is included. It is a real scam. I want my money back.

I purchased 4 adults and one child. We decided to go with this company due to skating at the Rockerfeller included and a night time bus tour.

When we started our itinerary we found that the Rockerfeller had been removed so my daughter and her husband had to pay seperately for this which they hadn't budgeted for.

We booked tickets for the night bus tour and I checked the day before to see where we needed to go to see a message in the write up on their site to say cancelled. I received no email or message to advise and if I hadnt checked where we needed to go we would have been waiting with a 3 year old for no reason. They did not even offer an alternative tour.

I emailed them and received a holding reply but no response and I have also sent a follow up email to no reply.

They have now put the rockerfeller skating back on their site but a clause added for dates you can use it.

My advice is do not book with this company

Metto una stella perchè non se ne possono mettere zero. Ho acquistato questo pass per 4 giorni a New York e ho avuto una brutta esperienza. Come prima attrazione siamo andati da Madame Tussauds e mi è stato detto che il pass era stato cancellato (IO non avevo cancellato proprio un bel niente) e quindi era inutilizzabile. Dopo circa 30 e-mail da parte mia, mi hanno risposto rimborsandomi dopo poco. Oltre a questo, è anche difficile capire come prenotare le attrazioni e la fila immensa te la fai lo stesso come chi non ha il pass. Non lo consiglio.

I purchased a day pass primarily because it included a cruise, which was the main attraction we were excited about. Unfortunately, after we boarded, the cruise experienced a mechanical failure and was canceled. The only option provided was to reschedule, but we were leaving the next day, making this impossible for us.

there was no partial refund or any attempt by the sightseeing pass to compensate us in any way. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful and rude, repeatedly citing “terms and conditions” and claiming they weren’t responsible for the issue.

This experience was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this pass to anyone expecting reliable service or fair treatment.

Not really worth it. I would buy attractions separately
