Vorsicht Scam!

Man bekommt zwar Q Codes muss aber über der sightseenpass Website Reservierungen für die Attraktionen buchen. Das klappt zu 99% nicht weil keine Termine buchbar oder erst 6 Monate später verfügbar sind. Bei Meiner Frau wurde das Geld trotz Versicherung bisher nicht erstattet.

NO COMPRÉIS ESTE PASE!!
Cogimos un pase para 3 atracciones en NYC. Una de las previstas era subir al Top of the Rock, donde no te dejaba reservar, sino que te aseguraba la entrada en cualquier momento. Cuando llegó el día vimos que había desaparecido de su lista de atracciones disponibles, les escribimos hasta dos correos y no contestaron. Decidimos ir directamente al top of the rock con el QR y nos dijeron que no lo aceptaban, que habían dejado de trabajar con esta empresa porque no les pagaban. Queríamos reclamar ya que nosotras escogimos este pase porque una de las atracciones era esta, sino hubiéramos ido con otra empresa. Nos acercamos a la localización de su oficina de Port Authority y no los encontramos, el trabajador del punto de información de la estación nos dijo que habían desaparecido y nadie sabe nada de ellos. Lo lógico es que si tú compras un pase con unas atracciones disponibles y pasado un mes retiran una de ellas, te informen y vean cuál es la forma de solucionarlo/compensarlo. Sigo esperando a que me den explicaciones que, obviamente, no me van a dar ya que me respondieron al correo de forma automática diciendo que cogiera otra atracción y que un agente se pondría en contacto conmigo. De esto hace ya dos semanas.

Der Sightseeing Pass ist der Reinfall unseres Urlaubs und sehr viel Geld in den Sand gesetzt.
Intrepid Museum arbeitet definitiv nicht mit dem Pass zusammen, auch wenn es aufgeführt ist. Cityline Schifffahrt ist genauso nicht möglich obwohl aufgeführt.
Konnten nun gerade zwei Mal den Pass nutzen.
Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen genau zu überlegen was man machen wird und die Eintrittspreise gegenrechnen.

Disappointing experience – attractions removed and no sup
I purchased the Sightseeing Pass for New York because it included several attractions I was really interested in, such as the 9/11 Museum, Top of the Rock, and One World Observatory. However, once I arrived in New York, I found out that these attractions had been removed from the pass, without any prior notice. This made the pass much less valuable than what was advertised at the time of purchase.

I was only able to use 4 out of the 7 attractions included, and I contacted customer service to request at least a partial refund, but I never received a reply. No assistance, no explanation, no transparency.

I feel misled, and I find it unacceptable that attractions can be removed even after purchase, while the customer is already traveling.
I strongly advise against buying this pass: the list of included attractions can change at any time, and the customer support is completely unresponsive.

Reservierungen sind aufwändig und häufig kommt man über die "Loading"-Anzeige nicht hinaus. Da ist Geduld gefragt. Ich habe es sowohl über PC als auch über App probiert. Nach vier bis fünf Stunden verschwendeter Lebenszeit (an verschiedenen Tagen jeweils) ist meine Geduld zwar eigentlich am Ende aber ich habe den Pass nun einmal für viel Geld gekauft und will ihn natürlich auch nutzen. Ich werde es weiter probieren. Das muss auch einfacher funktionieren! Hoffentlich funktionieren der Pass dann wenigstens vor Ort in London...

❌ A Total Scam – DO NOT BUY the London Sightseeing Pass ❌

This “Sightseeing Pass” is an absolute scam. It’s dishonest, misleading, and a complete waste of money. It promises access to a long list of major London attractions — but in reality, many of them don’t even recognise the pass, and some have never been affiliated with it in the first place.

Case in point: St Paul’s Cathedral.
We went there only to be told point-blank by staff that they are not affiliated with The Sightseeing Pass, and that they’ve repeatedly asked the company to stop falsely advertising them as a participating attraction. The staff literally said, “They’re lying about who they work with.” That’s a massive red flag.

It gets worse.
We also tried to use the pass with Big Bus Tours, and the attendant told us they haven’t seen anyone use this pass in ages. We were met with confusion and apologetic shrugs at multiple places because no one knew what this pass was or whether it was still valid.

Booking issues? A nightmare.
Most attractions require time slot bookings due to capacity limits — but this pass gave no way to book them. The booking portal didn’t work. We tried online, we tried in person, nothing worked. It left us locked out of most of the major experiences we’d paid for.

Customer service? Non-existent.
We’ve sent emails, submitted help requests, even tried social media. No response. No apology, no assistance, no refund. Nothing. They take your money and vanish. It’s appalling.

• ❌ False advertising — major attractions like St Paul’s are not included despite being listed.
• ❌ Big Bus Tour doesn’t recognise it anymore.
• ❌ No way to book major attractions — making the pass useless.
• ❌ Zero customer support or communication.
• ❌ A clear and intentional scam.

Please don’t fall for this like we did. Spend your money elsewhere — look at Go City, The London Pass, or just buy tickets directly from the venues. This company is deceitful, and people need to be warned.

Come hanno scritto altri utenti prima di me consiglio di fare altri tipi di pass dato che ce ne sono diversi sul mercato. Sì abbiamo risparmiato alla fine avendo fatto le maggiori attrazioni ma per il resto davvero poco trasparenti e professionali. Il primo giorno, quando dovevamo attivare il pass alla prima attrazione il tipo del museo ci dice che era scaduto pochi giorni prima, ovviamente impossibile, solo grazie alla sua gentilezza e disponibilità abbiamo potuto chiamare l’assistenza (come contatto solo un num. di telefono Americano, difficile per i turisti con sim non statunitensi) e sbloccarlo, l’errore era loro ovviamente. Oltre a questo tutte le attrazioni magicamente tolte da un giorno all’altro, per fortuna non avevamo prenotato ancora nulla. E lo sconto del biglietto per uno spettacolo di Broadway che non si capisce come riscattarlo…alla biglietteria del teatro mi hanno detto che loro non hanno nulla a che fare con quel pass. Insomma sconsigliato. Meglio pagare qualcosa in più ma avere maggiore chiarezza e un servizio migliore.

Dommage, zéro étoile n existe pas. La boîte a fait faillite et continue à vendre des pass inutilisables car refusés partout !

Brought pass 6 mnths out..wouldn't respond to emails.things i wanted to do on pass disappeared by the time I traveled.asked for a refund, took 3 calls to get it...won't use again

Nous avons dû payer une attraction qui était prévue dans le pass. J'ai fait beaucoup de mail pour me faire rembourser mon entrée. Mais là plus de nouvelles. C'est très malhonnête. Nous avons quand même payé 591 $ le pass 4 jours.

We went in April to London using this pass! Some of the biggest sites such as Kensington Palace, The Tower of London, Westminster Cathedral and others would not accept it. We tried to get assistance from the Sightseeing Pass and they would not help. As you can see from the reviews, we are not the only victims of this company. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. The company insists that the issues were not their fault.

Thought this would be good untill I went to book it only gives general admission to the most popular attractions, so useless if you want the best experience. Sorry I didn't read reveiws

Antes podía subir al ONE World y ahora nada de nada
Los tours son malísimos y siempre en Inglés
Sinceramente no lo recomiendo en absoluto me siento ESTAFADA

È una truffa. Pagato per 6 attrazioni a New York, 2 avevano costi aggiuntivi e 1 (il battello per liberty Island) é stato rimosso dalle attrazioni e abbiamo dovuto pagarlo a parte. Veramente sconsigliato

Concerto Gospel del sabato di Pasqua prenotato da tempo: mi ha scritto l’organizzatore dicendo che non potevano rispettare l’impegno perché Sightseeing pass non ha pagato le fatture del 2024. Chieste più volte informazioni a Sightseeing pass che non ha risposto fino a quando (inizio aprile) hanno eliminato l’attrazione da quelle incluse. Risposta: abbiamo tante altre attrazioni.
Altra esperienza: Statua della Libertà ed Ellis Island: prenotato telefonicamente per 3 persone il 4 aprile, non hanno mai inviato conferma via mail. Chieste informazioni, non hanno mai confermato la precedente prenotazione e hanno risposto che avevano problemi col sistema e che hanno tante altre attrazioni. Quindi, non solo ti fregano, ma ti prendono pure in giro: da evitare assolutamente!!

Assolutamente non acquistatelo! Ci sono delle limitazioni enormi e non vale la spesa. Acquistati 4 Frex Pass x 7 attrazioni per NY a piu di 850 $ e in ordine:
1. Battello x Statua della Libertà ed Ellis Island non più compreso nelle attrazioni (è stato tolto dopo l'acquisto)
2.To of The Rock è gratis solo prima delle 17pm
3. NY Aquarium a Coney Island a cessò consentito gratuito solo prima delle 15pm
4. Salita al The Edge possibile solo pagando supplemento di 18$ a persona
5. Portale per prenotare le visite in anticipo sempre i disponibile come anche l'applicazione
6. Punti di noleggio bici lontani km da Central park
Cercate altro, questi sono soldi buttati!!!

Beaucoup de difficulté à reserver les attractions, des explications assez fausses…un SAV irrespectueux. Je déconseille fortement.
Aucun intérêt pour les enfants de moins de 12 ans, vous seriez perdants.

Molto male abbiamo pagato 5 attrazioni e ne abbiamo fatte 4 alla quarta ci avevano detto che il nostro pass era esaurito, truffatori spero che nessuno più compri questo pass

Don’t buy, it’s a scam!!!!!
We were visiting New York and bought this Pass for 3 persons, 4 attractions. All the attractions we wanted to see and seemed available with the Pass was not possible to use the Pass fore anyways. We just lost 327 dollars. And when you try to contact Sightseeing Pass for refunding pr help you just get AI answers and no help….

1) We are in 8 people, so we spent a lot of money.
On internet "statue pf liberty" it's incluse in the pass, the truth it's different!
You can't go to the attarction!! If you write an email for ask information will came back an automatically email.
Scam scam scam!!
2)on web site it's write that Madame Tusseau doesn't need a reservation.
Another problem, yesterday we went and at the museum ask us the reservation.
For not talk about all problem to use the pass in other attraction.

I will go to the police if I won't have back 25 dollari spent for liberty statue.
In generale my advice it's to found something better
