Great So far.
Great So far. The ordering form explains all the options well and its easy to fill in and attatch a photo of your window. Shutterstore expert phoned to check my order the next day and i missed the call so they e mailed me to phone them. I got through quickly on the phone and was able to discuss my order with a very helpful gentleman. Im thankful for this service as i decided to change a couple of things which will improve the look of the shutters.
The only thing that I would improve is perhaps some proper photos of all the colour options of the shutters on the website, as the small dots on the colour chart werent that easy to choose from. ( however there was the option to send for samples, which i didnt do).
A great company to deal with so far- now looking forward to getting my shutters!

I ordered a replacement shutter (my dog…
I ordered a replacement shutter (my dog chewed the slats on last one).
The company got in touch to check I got the details right and ended up selling me a cheaper shutter that solved my dog problem. Great service.

Great Shutters
I've been ordering shutters from the Shutter Store over a number of years and they have got progressively better. They quality is great and they not only look good they keep the rooms quite and warm. Apart from one little problem, which was sorted quickly, everything has worked fine.

Excellent company to deal with. They provide a good deal of information about how to measure and the different types of shutters. Then before they place your order with the manufacturers they ring you to check that you haven’t forgotten anything and have allowed the relevant tolerances when measuring. This is now the second time I’ve used them for shutters and my repeated use of them says how happy I am with the service they provided on the first occasion. Well done shutter store and keep up the good work.

Scary doing it yourself
Download their online guide. Choose correct fitting for your shape window. Measure your own windows as per instructions. Found this all quite easy enough but make sure you triple check your sizes.
You are then rung to confirm before final order.
Wait time is 10/12 weeks, fitting them will be another download guide...time will tell.

Michelle at The Shutter Store helped me when I contacted via the website helpline. I bought shutters from The Shutter Store 9 years ago that have been great, but recently I accidentally broke one of the slats. Although the replacement slat wasn’t available at The Shutter Store, Michelle kindly gave me another company to contact that was able to supply a replacement which I have fitted and works perfectly.
