Very disappointed!
Only after the order was confirmed was I told the estimated time for manufacturing would be 12-14 weeks. Had I known that, I would have gone to Home Depot. Very disappointed!

Couldn't be happier. The American Wood shutters are beautiful. These are nicer than the shutters at my local high-end window covering store. The finish (bright white) is perfect. They made it all the way to Michigan without a scratch. I ordered enough shutters for 10 windows and was able to install them all in one day, by myself. Spend $30 and get a laser measure, it makes ordering much easier. Every frame fit perfectly. Also, the freight company was wonderful. My order came on a pallet, and the brought it into my garage for me.

Jordan provided exceptional customer service. After a measurement mix-up on our end when ordering our plantation shutters, she went above and beyond anything we expected, and offered to remake our shutters for free. What could have been a very expensive mistake turned into an incredible experience because of her kindness and professionalism.
