Great service from Tom
Instructions on how to measure were excellent. Placed order and email was received to say that I would receive a call in the next two days to confirm order details. I received a call within a few hours from Tom who went through my measuring process and asked a couple of extra questions. He then sent revised order which I confirmed and paid for. The process so far has been excellent, looking forward to receiving my shutters next week.

Great quality, fantastic customer service
Ordered samples that arrived promptly, selected all options on the website and paid. The next day received a call from customer services to confirm options and measurements, answered all my questions and were extremely helpful. Needed to make a decision on hinge colours and they emailed me immediately with the available options. Delivery estimate was given and received an email from the courier the day before. All arrived securely packed, no damage and clearly marked with which shutters went to which room. Installed all shutters in a couple of hours with no issues. Helpful instructions online should they be needed. Will use again.

Ordering process is easy.
Measuring process is clear and then checked by the company with a confirmation call a few days after submitting the order - very reassuring.
Delivery was fast and the packaging clear.
Installation is relatively straight forward if you have moderate DIY skills.
This is an excellent company with clear focus on quality and customer experience - would highly recommend,

Absolutely brilliant to deal with and great quality.
From finding them on the web and going through their shutters to placing the order it was a faultless exercise. I'd been on chat to them and they were so so helpful.
They called me on the day i placed my order to go through everything i had ordered and amended anything necessary. The order for shutters for 5 windows and one patio door set was with me within 10 days and they were nothing but friendly, helpful and super efficient. The quality was superb and far better than Blinds2Go who i had previously purchased from. I would 110% recommend The Shutter Store, absolutely brilliant. Well done and carry on with the good work. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to come to you.
