The shutters look really good as good as other manufacturers that cost a hell of a lot more. I'll definitely be buying 2 more for the 2 rooms at the back of the house this time they'll be 100mm big so they'll actually fit.

Approx 5 weeks delivery which was what was quoted.
It’s the third order I placed and the trickiest to measure.
A curved bay window.
Couldn’t wait to fit them (my husband #hero).
Look amazing.

Unfortunately haven't experienced great…
Unfortunately haven't experienced great service from the company this far. Have yet to receive the product so I cannot comment as to the quality. Ordered 4 weeks ago, was advised 10-15 days on the phone call, then was advised 10-15 working days on an email later on with someone else when I chased my order. That time frame passed so I chased again, back and forth, to be told they don't know when I will receive the order, all dates are estimated. I explained my phone calls, they didnt really want to listen. They then advised the warehouse told them that it should be dispatched yesterday, now confirmed to me that the warehouse have no idea when it will be dispatched. I have asked for it to be escalated 4 times with no avail. Really disappoiting service. Also was told on the phone that I could change the mid-rail heights and this turned out to be a lie, which was confirmed by another member of staff so all in all mis-communication from the start. Unfortunately if I had known this would be the experience and more than a 4 week delay then I wouldn't have ordered.

Excellent Customer Service
After placing our order we received a follow up telephone call to discuss our requirements. The guide pointed out that the blind type we had selected may not be the best for our window. He was correct and the design he sugested was what we wanted and almost £100 cheaper.

Very happy with my shutters. I did find the measuring guides a bit tricky (due to lots of options and different types of windows - not a failing from the Shutter Store). The blinds fit perfectly and look great.
