Amazing shutters!
Just ordered our second set of shutters. The first ones are in and look fabulous!!
Great customer care. The first order we were assisted by Alex, Aditi assisted us on the current order and suggested changes that we agreed to. Changes that we didn’t see for ourselves that will make the front of our house look aesthetically pleasing.
I forgot to mention the great prices for quality shutters.
My husband fitted the shutters and with instructions on the website found it straightforward and fairly easy!!

I’ve had a very positive experience…
I’ve had a very positive experience dealing with The Shutter Store. After trying a set of shutters for a small hallway window, I was pleased with the quality and felt confident ordering another set for a larger window.
This time, the window configuration was less straight-forward, so I opted for a Design-Check Callback. I was contacted by Aditi, who was extremely helpful and clearly knowledgeable. She immediately understood the more challenging aspects of my installation case and suggested several possible solutions.
I needed to take some additional measurements and wanted to double-check a few technical details, so Aditi called me back the following day. We talked through the options together, which I found very helpful, and I now feel confident that we’ve chosen the best solution.

Great product. Efficient company
First time I’ve used this company and the product is excellent. Went for faux wood as the window is prone to moisture and was very pleasantly surprised at how nice they look. Not plasticky which was my main worry. Arrived very quickly and delivered efficiently. Will buy again.

The experience of buying was very good. Aditi was very helpful over the phone answering my questions and making good recommendations which resulted in me changing my design for the better, and less expensive!

Faux wood frames were not as good as…
Faux wood frames were not as good as expected and fixings were missing and hinges were in the wrong position on one frame so not impressed.Frames are very whippy

Shutters purchase
Great service. I purchased self install shutters. Was worried about this being complicated but Alex gave excellent advice on measuremens and the self install was straight forward. Some minor issues but the after sale care from Aditi was amazing. Shutters look superb.

No idea about the quality or fit of…
No idea about the quality or fit of these shutters because 2 months later I still haven't received them . I think someone must be walking from China with my order. I wish these people would make it clear about shipping times. No way would I have bought from them if I had realised how long it would take. And , yes, maybe it was stated somewhere in the small print, but if they were honest they would make it clearer. Hopefully they will redeem them selves by providing an excellent product, I will of course edit this review if deserved. But at this time I am still 2vweeks sway from finding out, I am very disappointed.

Good products and would use again
Ordered a number of shutters via this company and they were delivered within the timeframe promised and were good quality. Had a little bit of damage which was dealt with very well. I fitted them myself and this was fairly easy to do. Have been in place a few months now and have been robust and problem free. Overall very happy.
