Felt looked after
Navigating the website was pretty easy, but getting the sizes can be daunting.
Luckily, once you have done your measurements, you get the option to halt your order, and ask for someone to call you back.
I had Aditi, who was very patient, and asked me sensible questions to help ensure that my measurements were correct.
I think without her assistance, I would have ordered shutters that were slightly out
I was looked after every step of the way, which was reassuring when spending this much money.

Beautiful shutters for our new loft conversion which match exactly with the rest of the house. So easy to install. Customer service has been excellent, particularly Aditi who took the time to review my order so I bought exactly the right product with the right measurements. She even called me to say thank you for my custom after they were in. (Every company should have an Aditi!) Worth the wait for the Hardwood option if you can. Stunning. Highly recommend.
