Excellent After sales service
We had some shutters from this store 6 years ago - we had wonderful service then and have been really pleased with them and lots of comments from friends and family. Unfortunately a week ago my daughter’s dog who is a rescue and still learning and getting used to the world chewed some of the slats out of frustration. I contacted customer services to see if they would help with replacement slats. Aditi replied to say they could and contacted their factory with regards to cost- this was done very quickly and I have been able to place an order for the replacement slats which is fantastic- I look forward to receiving them and having beautiful pristine shutters once again in my lounge. Thank you again Aditi!! ☺️

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. Absolutely shocking aftersales service. I spent £1400 on shutters , On arrival only to find they werent made to my specification. DO NOT TRUST THE ONLINE VISUALIZER it is a waste of time. I asked for a midrail to be central I gave them the central measurement, Only to find it wasnt central it was 40mm out so looks stupid against the georgian windows I have, Whats the point of giving them a mesurement if they can pput it where they want...They dont tell you in the ordering section that the midrail maybe repositioned up to 45mm. (it can only be seen in the measuring guide section) Myself been a joiner didnt think necessary to read through pages of how to measure!!! Also the blinds came with different numbers of shutters to the pics. which makes the midrail stand out more to be off centre, again visualizer showed 16 shutters mine came with 17 8 top 9 bottom, more so the short blinds i orderd only had 4 as ooposed to 5, making the top and bottom rail sizes as large as the catual opening, so theres sod all light coming through, They could have easily put 5 shutters in, i wored it looking at another one I ordered which was only 80mm higher and has 6 shutters.!!! They refused outright to remake any of them nor refund me for their mistakes.They wouldnt even offer small refund by way of an apology, Funnily enough I took this up with PAYPAL and they totally agreed with me, and I got a 20% refund,so that says it all.. ..also i was told i could have baypoles to fit bay blinds, but after purchasing they said it wasnt possivble, DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY,, they are very stubborn and seem to make thes blinds in the easiest way for them without consulting you...Use 247 blinds instaed they are 20% cheaper too. I thought by paying more I would get a better service,, NOT THE CASE...

We understand how important the final appearance of made-to-measure shutters is, particularly when they are being fitted alongside existing window features such as Georgian bars. We appreciate that the finished look was not what you had envisaged, and we can certainly understand your frustration.
Following your complaint, we carried out a thorough review with both our shutter specialists and the factory. The concerns regarding the mid-rail position, panel configuration, rail sizes, slat spacing and overall layout were all investigated in detail. The factory confirmed that the shutters were manufactured in accordance with the measurements and specifications provided when the order was placed and within the applicable manufacturing tolerances.
We also took the time to review your feedback regarding the online visualiser. Whilst the visualiser is designed to provide a helpful representation of the product, it is not intended to be a manufacturing drawing, and certain aspects of the final panel layout can vary depending on the dimensions entered and the production requirements of the shutter. It is stated that it is a representative drawing, and the actual product may vary.
Regarding the bay post, we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding during your pre-sales enquiries. Bay posts have only ever been available with our hardwood shutter range and have not been an option on faux wood shutters. We appreciate this added to your disappointment.
Although we were unable to agree that there was a manufacturing fault or error requiring a remake, we did spend considerable time reviewing your concerns, consulting with the factory on multiple occasions, and providing detailed explanations of our findings throughout the process. We genuinely tried to explore every aspect of the issues you raised before reaching our final decision.
We recognise that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. We do, however, appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to review and improve the information and guidance we provide to our customers.

My experience was made great for a few reasons
I had some questions regarding measuring and what style of shutter would look best Amy was extremely helpful and understanding and has great knowledge of the shutters nothing was to much trouble for her
I ordered 7 shutters Monday 24th and took delivery of them Thursday 27th that in my option is incredible service
The faux wood shutters are a very good quality and i am very pleased with them

Very easy to order and quick delivery. The shutter appears to be well made and fits perfectly without having to drill the walls.
Why not five stars ?? Because there is very limited choice of colour and I would have much preferred the wood effect rather than PVC, hopefully the range is extended in the future. The PVC is very static and attracts a lot of dust and hair.

Amy was incredible!
There's so many places online selling shutters that explain next to nothing. As a complete beginner (first-time buyer decorating my house), I had a complete lack of knowledge on anything to do with shutters.
I had an idea of what I wanted but that was it. I called the number on their website and spoke with Amy who had an incredible knowledge of the product range and was fantastic at explaining things to me. I then went and purchased the shutters and opted for the design review.
The review was then carried out by Amy and she remembered who I was despite a week+ going by. She asked me some more questions and we quickly realised that what I had chosen, wasn't actually quite right. Amy diligently pointed out that a slightly different type of shutter was exactly what I described to her and she suggested switching to it. This turned out to be slightly cheaper too!
So Amy not only used her great knowledge to suggest a better product to me, but it also saved me a bit of money and meant I bought a product I liked even more. Oh, and to add to this, her added support on the design review uncovered I had incorrectly measured the space in the first place and she walked me through doing this correctly and how to resubmit the measurements.
I will be buying some shutters/blinds for upstairs, and I won't hesitate to buy from this business again and that's in great part to the fantastic service Amy gave me.
