I had previously ordered shutters from the Shutter Store and was very kindly assisted by Amy in ensuring that I had detailed the correct dimensions; styles; fixings; etc..

Excellent customer service
What's really good about this company is the simple, if detailed, ordering process, coupled with their double checking to ensure everything is as the purchaser desires. The only slight downside is the occasional wait to speak to an adviser. But it's a free call, so ....! If you have any problems ask to speak to Aditi, she's both patient and appears to know her stuff, not just trying to sell you something - which makes a change these days!

I ordered the blinds but nervous about…
I ordered the blinds but nervous about whether or not I took the right measurements even though I did a lot of research, watched the videos, did some more research and then placed my order. Thankfully, I spoke to Aditi who clearly explained and double checked everything with me and then reassured me that everything would be ok, and to call her if I had any other questions. She really was brilliant and I can't recommend her highly enough - Shutter Store - she's definitely a keeper!!!

Surprisingly simple and stress free ordering process at The Shutter Store Uk
I found the ordering process at The Shutter Store UK really easy to understand with all the choices being made clear to me. There's a helpful guide to make sure your measurements are accurate and this was invaluable. However, the best part was the optional design check service where I was assisted by the thoroughly charming and friendly Aditi who I cannot speak highly enough of. She went through all the details of my order such as checking measurements, discussing colour choices, tilt rods, width of slats and their effect on light levels and privacy, colour of hinges etc. She had clearly analysed the photo i sent in of my window and asked me really relevant questions directly regarding it. I didn't feel pressured into making one decision or another, she just gave me the insightful guidance which helped me to come to the correct conclusions for me. By the end of the call I had absolutely no doubts about my order and I would encourage all customers to take advantage of the free check service...especially if you're lucky enough to have Aditi on the other end of the phone!

So far so good, best of all the shutter companies I contacted. Their to scale frame templates were excellent as I needed exact measurements to see if what I wanted to do was possible. The ordering system was first class and each section easy to understand. The staff I spoke to were most helpful. The order has been placed and I am sure the product will live up to expectations. Very easy to follow instructions on…
Very easy to follow instructions no problems. I am now retired and I used to fit plantation shutters if I was fitting a bay window I could order all my beading in the same colour at no extra cost you do not supply this service so I will have to go to my local timber yard at an extra cost. Try addressing this issue it would save customers a lot of inconvenience.

Took advantage of the January sale…
Took advantage of the January sale pricing, ordered shutters for three windows, and all were offer measurement wise, one required complete remanufacturing the others required small modifications. A little frustrating - I triple checked measurements yet still not quite right. Overall I'm happy with the end result, but probably moreso because of my hard work getting them to fit!
