Customer services agreed for a full refund which was received in 24 hours.

Lovely rechargeable lamps- they are really good quality and it’s great to have 3 shades with the ability to alter the brightness. They arrived quickly and we’ll packaged with accurate communication about the delivery timings. I would definitely order again from this company.

I am giving Shopsta a 5 star Review regardless of receiving one of my two items in a faulty condition. Megan at Shopsta Support was excellent in the way she dealt with the issue. All I was required to do was to provide a 30 second video explaining the problem and emailing it to them. Megan then wasted no time in dispatching a replacement, which I will receive in 3-5 days time. If, you have a problem complete an Online Request Form and Megan will reply within 24-36 hours
You will find Megan, polite, friendly and helpful, should you experience a problem with your order.

I've never used ANC headphones so cannot compare, however, they are lightweight, comfortable and serve their purpose for me as a nervous flyer. In fact, they have been a game changer. Really like having the hard case to keep them in.
No issues with the ordering/delivery process.

Purchased Bluetooth speaker from here, I unknowingly forgot to put the company name where I was getting it delivered to, the delivery company tried 3 times then sent back to sender. Got in contact with shopsta and the problem was easily resolved and new speaker sent out within a few days. Very good customer service.

Service was outstanding, didn’t apply my discount code so they refunded me the £30 I could’ve got from it, and also upgraded my delivery to a faster shipment for free.

I bought a Beautiful Cordless Lamp, which worked fine until recently. I then contacted Shopsta and within a week they are sending me a replacement! Brilliant communication and service. I can highly recommend this company.

I bought a mini Bluetooth speaker from Shopsta having checked out many reviews.
A discount code was offered for my purchase, at checkout it was not applied for some reason, no doubt my error.
I immediately sent an email and was sent a refund amounting to the discount I had missed out on.
Delighted.
No questions asked, what great service!

Having ordered a lamp yesterday via Apple Pay the confirmation email had my old address on it and I couldn’t change it. I sent an email to customer support and I received an email today saying the address had been updated by Megan. Absolutely first class service and I can’t praise Megan high enough going that extra mile. Thank you Megan!

Efficient and on time which given the Xmas period was impressive.

Although I had difficulty returning an item ordered from Shopsta this was in no way a reflection on the customer service I was given. Megan Gray’s help from Support was brilliant. My own lack of understanding the procedure for returns to Shopsta was to blame.
It’s nice to be able to communicate with a company promptly through email rather than Chat for a change. (Which can get very tedious quickly.)
Older customers need extra care and this company gets that. The product I received was in excellent condition and quality but just not for me. Thank you Shopsta! Sorry for the inconvenience. Mark

Purchased the Somic G760 gaming headset for my son in Nov 24 as a Christmas present and due to this time frame only tried the headset on the 28 Dec. Headset arrived quickly, was well packaged and good build quality. The headset works via the cable connected to the controller but couldn't get it to work using the wi-fi dongle with the Xbox S. I only later realised it is not compatible with this console.
Having contacted Shopsta Customer Services, they were exceptional, going above and beyond, replying promptly and professionally to my query and providing a resolution.
Based on my experience with this retailer I will certainly revisit

First of all, the lamps look lovely and it's good to have the three light settings. We ordered two as Christmas presents for ourselves as we usually buy something for the home rather than buy each other things we don't need or want. The lamps arrived well-packaged and we were very pleased with the quality and appearance. However, when we came to recharging the lamps, we discovered that one of them had a faulty 'port' for the charger cable. We contacted customer service and received a prompt response. We were asked to submit a short video to illustrate the issue. Once the Customer Service lady had received the video, she contacted us almost immediately to say that the fault was clear to see and arranged immediately shipping of a replacement.
Communication throughout was brilliant. I could not have asked for better than dealing with Shopsta's amazing Megan, who has customer service skills down to a fine art. I am not usually so effusive when writing reviews but, when I feel someone is doing a fantastic job, I believe their skills should be lauded. Thank you, Megan, for making dealing with an issue a very painless process.
