Good people to deal with

Still awaiting a speaker I ordered on the 19th of April, it's now 10th of May. A very late birthday present for someone. Update to this review, as speaker has arrived and seller has been brilliant throughout trying their best to resolve this matter.

Great product delivered in reasonable time and well packaged. Great price too.

Excellent response to a problem I had with a light, the issue was dealt with really quickly & a replacement given. Brilliant customer service, will certainly use Shopsta again & recommending them to people.

The customer service/experience team is outstanding. I had an issue with their delivery partner, but Megan from customer care was there to solve all problems at aoments notice and was so swift to respond.

When me headphones arrived they had a fault, I contacted Shopsta straight away and within a matter of hours I had a response, I spoke with a Megan Gray who was very helpful and professional in her response and how my issue was handled, my replacement headphones were on their way to me the following day, very happy with Megan and will continue to purchase from shopsta.

Easy to order. I had a problem with the delivery but received a great service to resolve my issue. The help I received was excellent.

I ordered two table lamps - gold in colour but there was a mix up with the order and one black and one gold came . I e mailed the company and within 48 hrs they had arranged shipment of a gold lamp. I was most impressed by the way the whole thing was dealt with and cannot recommend them enough.

The customer service was excellent. The item got lost in transit and I contacted Shopsta by email and I received a reply within an hour. The customer service person (Megan) looked into the issue and sent out another item for next day delivery. All very efficient and stress free which I appreciated. Thank you.

I have no complaints re the company however the item I ordered does not match my expectations.

The pair of earphones I first received,unfortunately, only the left ear was working.
I contacted Shopsta and Megan Gray sorted a replacement pair of earphones which have just arrived and are in perfect working order.
