Ive been scammed and Tiktok dont care. I ordered through Tiktok shop a Smeg retro set for £119. I checked a couple of days later and the order was not on my order list. Try and explain this to Tiktok. The company was operating outside of Tiktok. I spoke to Tiktok and they said there's nothing we can do. They were still advertising the items. The whole thing is a scam. Now ive got to wait 15 days before I can even raise a dispute with my bank. I will never buy anything from Tiktok shop again.

I bought an iPhone 15 pro max cover with lens protection . The cover didn’t fit my phone although it said on in it cover for iPhone 15 promax In order to fit the cover it broke my Lens which is very expensive . Contacted their (JOKE) customer service 6 times but they all talking about refund not anything about the repair to my phone. Now every time I chat with them then they talk about something else !!!! Avoid it at all costs!!!!!!!

bought a Shark product through TikTok Shop and returned it three weeks ago. TikTok's support has confirmed they received the returned item, yet I am still waiting for my refund.
I have contacted their chat agents over six times. Every single time, I am promised that the issue will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours, but no one ever follows up. I am forced to repeat the entire story to a new agent every time, only to get the exact same useless copy-paste assurances.
Save yourself the headache. I would much rather pay extra elsewhere than ever buy from TikTok Shop again.

I ordered a small food processor. What arrived were 3 tubes of sweet cream. They were shipped back to the company. Rather than receiving a refund to the original payment method as clearly stated in the warrantee, I WAS NOTIFIED THAT I have a store credit. I communicated multiple times that I did not want a credit for goods never received without any success. I have started a AE dispute and will complain to the Federal Commerce Commission.. This Chinese company should not be allowed to do business in the United States and use their questionable business practices. Incidentally thre is no way to use their questionable so called credit. It’s a scam

I have purchased probably around 6 times from Tik Tok shop and I have been scammed 3 times. Do not purchase on this platform.

Vende chiunque e loro nn intervengono per eventuali truffe subite. A me è capitato con un tablet doogee, vergognoso. Vogliono imitare Amazon ma sono il nulla cosmico. Nn comprerò mai più nulla.

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos,son unos sinverguenzas y estafadores que dejan a clientes sin paquetes y sin su dinero,eso es de ser ladrones.Trabajan con la empresa de paquetería ecoscooting y no se hacen responsables,sus repartidores en este caso una repartidora y siempre la misma,no sube los paquetes y se marcha y está vez ni llama al telefonillo y da como entregados los paquetes.Tiktok no se hace responsable porque consta como entregado y no hay más pruebas.
No recomiendo nada comprar aquí,estafan y lo barato sale caro.

QR codes are so miniscule that it's impossible to make a return on a QR code, because the QR is ineligible. Not everyone has printers, why waste money on printers and ink when a QR code should be easily available as an option.

Honestly, my experience with TikTok Shop has been absolutely terrible. I’ve bought quite a few things because the prices looked attractive, but I’ve received faulty, used and poor-quality items that were advertised as new.

The biggest problem is trying to get a return or refund. There’s basically no proper customer service. You get stuck with an AI chat that keeps repeating the same answers over and over, without actually resolving anything.

I’ve wasted money and time dealing with this. Some of the used electronics I’ve received were in such poor condition that they were hardly even fit to be sold as second-hand.

My advice based on my own experience: be very careful with TikTok Shop and think twice before buying. I would personally stick to more established and reliable sources. Very, very disappointing experience.

I took part in a TikTok LIVE break and paid £292 for the spins, winning items with a stated value of around £650.

Unfortunately, the items were apparently never received by the courier. The seller was extremely slow to react to the issue, which only made the situation more frustrating.

TikTok then automatically refunded me the £292 I had paid for the spins — despite the fact that I didn’t want a refund. I wanted the items I had won.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that TikTok told me their policy is to refund only the value paid for the spins, rather than the value of the items won. So I’ve effectively lost the opportunity to receive approximately £650 worth of items despite having paid £292 to participate in the break.

I honestly can’t understand how this is considered acceptable. If a customer legitimately wins items through a paid break and those items never reach them, simply refunding the entry/spin cost doesn’t put the customer in the position they would have been in had the transaction been fulfilled.

Very disappointing experience with both the seller’s handling of the issue and TikTok’s resolution. I didn’t want my money back — I wanted what I won.

Ho acquistato prodotti mai arrivati ,risulta un tentativo di consegna falso ,visto che ho il citofono collegato al cellulare. È un mese che richiedo il rimborso che mi è venuto rifiutato già due volte ,perché il pacco risulta in transito. Pessimo servizio. Su Amazon il rimborso avviene in automatico appena il pacco non arriva .Mai più

Months ago I purchased 4 tablets on TikTok shop they never been shipped weeks later i requested for a refund they only refunded me for two there’s no way to contact them over the phone beside talking to robots i request for my other refund nothing until they closed my case I know the day will come you guys will pay billions even trillions for stilling people money I’ll be waiting for that day
