I ordered two Ice axes right after new year and I didn't know that they will be sent from the UK. They got stuck in customs because of the Brexit changes and it is hard to deal with that in my country especially right now. I talked to support they told me to ask for the package to be returned. I did that and I got a full refund after 6 weeks. Support answered all my emails within the hour.

I recently ordered a new pair of climbing shoes and trail runners. There was a small problem with the order and I contacted customer service.
The response was incredibly prompt, and the problem was solve beyond expectations. All communication was quick, delivery was almost as quick and the staff (Ange) was incredibly good to deal with.
I highly recommend Epic! I will be a returning customer!

j ai commandé une paire de chaussons Five Ten
Anasazi Pro Femme, souhaitant profiter d'une promotion de -40%. Suivant les indications du site j ai pris une taille supérieure (38 au lieu de 37). Il s'avère que malgré une taille de plus, ces chaussons sont beaucoup trop petits! je les ai donc renvoyer aujourd'hui à EpicTV, et il a fallu que je les envoie en Grande Bretagne. Et ça m'a coûté ... 18€90 à la Poste avec déclaration de douane .... Bref pour des chaussons à -40% mais trop petits bien que j'ai suivi vos conseils, je dois payer un retour hors de prix. Ayant déjà commandé quand Epic TV était installé en Haute Savoie, je n'ai pas lu les conditions générales et vu que les retours étaient vers la Grande Bretagne, aujourd'hui hors UE. Bref alors même que je trouvais ce site très bien, maintenant je ne vous le recommande pas, si vous risquez de retourner le produit !!!

Negozio molto serio, la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva:
- acquistata una scarpa a dicembre;
- effettuato il reso nel periodo di cambio regole di scambio commerciale (per via della brexit);
- costumer care celere nelle risposte, paziente per la relazione con il corriere, e molto scrupoloso;
- rimborso effettuato lo stesso giorno della ricezione del reso!
Assolutamente consigliato, preso in considerazione per acquisti futuri!!
Difficoltà nel reso
Purtroppo è da giorni che provo ad avere informazioni in merito ad un reso.
In una voce dicono di rispedire il pacco in Gran Bretagna, in un'altra in Francia.
Ancora non capisco dove spedire il mio reso, per la Gran Bretagna ci sono più di 40 euro di spesa..
Non acquisterò più su questo sito, nonostante in passato abbia fatto più di un acquisto.

I recently purchased some trad climbing gear from the EpicTV Shop. It arrived very promptly and in great condition. This was my first trad purchase, and I found the website easy to use and navigate with clear displays.

A parte un ordine (520809) in merito al quale c’è già stato ampio carteggio e al quale rimando, in cui Vi avevo evidenziato già alcuni possibili migliorie, tra le quali, in sintesi:
- provvedere ad intervenire sui numerosi banner che dovrebbero linkare a richieste d'aiuto,
- estrema difficoltà ad accedere alle FACs

Great customers service. Replied to my request for cancellation within 2 hours and immediately refunded my initial order. Made a separate order and items was shipped out really quickly and reached Malaysia from the UK within 3 days. Amazing! Good prices and plenty of choices for climbing gears. Highly Recommended!
"SUPPORT HERO"

Absolutely hopeless customer service when it comes to exchanging due to shoes not fitting. Couldn't have made it clearer that I wanted to exchange for a larger size, and after going back and forth with their support email, with no support number to call, and eventually having to bother the poor soul that manages their Instagram account to even get a competent answer, I get an email saying I'm being refunded.
Can't complain too much, because at least I'm getting the refund, but seriously guys, sort out your after-sales service. I understand the business is based in France not the UK, so can cause logistical and language issues, and is a relatively small business, but there are modern solutions that would save both parties a lot of grief.
Not going to go as far as saying I won't use you again, but I'm gunna get my shoes from elsewhere when the refund comes through, because I can't face dealing with "SUPPORT HERO" again...

LAST UPDATE:
So EPIC TV Shop challenged my Trustpilot review and after sending the documentation to Trustpilot, Trustpilot verified my review. I think this is slightly bad faith as they knew the story. At least now it's 'Verified'. After this, EPIC TV Shop offered to give me a credit to spend in store equal to the amount of money I lost to the Courier Company. So they did at least go someway to making the issue better. That's good and I appreciate that from them. I do wonder how they would have reacted if I hadn't put on any review or if Trustpilot had not verified my review?
In summary; EPIC TV Shop credited me for the lost monies and for that, I'm appreciative. But the amount of effort involved (at least 20 emails, reviews, etc.) and the fact that I still had to spend monies with EPIC TV Shop to use my credit, which I should never have had to pay in the first place, has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Fortunately, no issues with VAT or Customs duties second time around so it seems they have solved that.
UPDATE: The Epic TV Shop reply is misleading.
Full story. I ordered so kit from Epic TV Shop french website, paid in Euros for delivery in France.
I selected the standard delivery option. Paid and thought that was that. NOOOOOO!
When the product was delivered via the Courier Company they wanted 92.50 for VAT and Customs Charges. The initial communications from Epic TV Shop was that they would refund this but they only refunded 19 Euros claiming that they didn't charge VAT. I went back to their website and the same product is not only cheaper but cheaper including the VAT.
So this added circa 73.50 euros to the cost of the product that I had paid for which made the product way too expensive. But that's not the end...
They then sent the wrong product out. After about 15 emails they sent a returns label (do they make this process deliberately difficult??) but will they refund the VAT paid to the Courier Company? NO.
So they mislead me in believing I was ordering from France, the price displayed was not the final price paid, they sent the wrong goods, made the returns process very difficult and I have the please of paying 73.50 euros for nothing!!!
I will not support businesses that have such bad customer services and won't own up to the problems they have created. Never again.

Expect EpicTV to ship out parcels slowly. Unhelpful support.
It's been close to two weeks and EpicTV still hasn't shipped out my order. When I raised a support ticket they provided me with a tracking number. One week later the tracking status still says "sender is preparing parcel". When asked again, support didn't even bother to check on the order, instead providing a standard copy/paste answer citing "Brexit as a reason for delays to EU destinations". Problem is, I'm not even shipping to an EU destination.
Disappointing.

Okay so it's early 2021 - Right after Christmas (so stock levels are generally low in most shops), and I am in the market for an Ice Axe and Crampons. I also want to buy them from the same retailer (to save on postage, and make sure they arrive together), and crucially they need to be at a good or at least competitive price. The big outdoor online shops, and my local outdoor shops have limited, stock, high prices, etc meaning finding the items I want this time of year is actually very difficult.
Enter Epic TV shop. I have never heard of them before let alone used them. I was very surprised to see they had BOTH of the items I wanted, in stock, and at a good price. I was sceptical. I thought maybe it would be one of those purchases that's too good to be true. Maybe I would get an email in a few days saying sorry their stock system hasn't updated and the items I ordered are unavailable. I checked out the trustpilot reviews which are generally very good and thought okay I will give them a go.
I placed my order and got an email confirmation which I reviewed only to find I had made a mistake (accidentally ordered the wrong version of one of the products). I sent an email to the support team asking them to amend the order, and notify me when it had been done. Impressively within a couple of hours I had a response saying the order had been amended. This really gave my confidence that the shop was not going to disappoint. 24hrs later my order had been dispatched, and 24 hrs after that it had been delivered. Well packaged and exactly what I hoped to receive. Bearing in mind how many hours I had spent scouring the more popular outdoor websites to find these items in stock and available (finding a particular ice axe in a common lengths towards the end of winter is always going to be a nightmare) - but these guys had them and did not disappoint. In fact they impressed me - I buy a lot of outdoor gear so how can a website be SO good and I've never even heard of them!
One final thing - I paid via paypal and when the transaction completed my paypal app said you paid £xx.xx to BANANA FINGERS LTD. ..... Now circa 10 years ago I vaguely remember being in a mega rush for a piece of kit and fortunately finding a small online climbing website who appeared to be registered about 10 miles from where I lived. I contacted them and I believe two brothers who owned the business very kindly let me travel to their barn/ warehouse/ shop and purchase a few products. I remember thinking wow these guys are great, and unless I am mistaken that was banana fingers in the earlier days?!? If so then they obviously have not lost the fantastic customer service they had way back then.
Cannot wait to order more stuff from them in future.

Provided the climbing shoes on time however they were the wrong model and not correctly advertised on site . Refused to accept a return due to being outside the return window though for a month they wouldn't accept the return. So a shared error but would have been nice if they'd replaced the wrongly advertised item.

Everything on the website was well laid out and easy to navigate. I found what I wanted at a good price and once ordered, the item I purchased was shipped the next day. Excellent service with good return policy instructions attached to the item. Very happy with everything from them so far.
