Wrong size sent, no response

Ordered La Sportiva Tarantula in size 11.5 UK. Was sent a 10.5. Tried to contact as am leaving on climbing trip - no response

Great customer support! + Note on pre-ordering.

A few days after making an order of several items, including one item for pre-order, I noticed the order was held up due to 'waiting on stock'.
Sent a message to customer service and got a response within 24 hours, then subsequent replies almost instantly: It was the pre-ordered item holding up the rest.
I asked if they could split the order, but unfortunately by itself the pre-order item would be under the free shipping limit. But they offered to either make it a separate order and charge the shipping fee, or cancel the item and refund it (so that the rest of the items could be sent now). Went with the refund and got a refund confirmation within minutes.

So be aware when making a pre-order as well as in-stock items: The latter will be sent quicker if you order them separately from the pre-order items. All pretty logical.

A minor inconvenience on my end, but EpicTV are super helpful and transparent so I will happily shop there again!

STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER AFTER 4 MONTHS

UPDATE: After being told on the 11th of June that the last item i was waiting for will be in stock in late July I decided to wait as I had already waited over 2 months. Now 6 weeks later and after waiting 4 months total I've been told that there is no ETA on when the item will be in stock and there is now an additional item I have to wait for as it was not put aside for me while ive been waiting for the first item. I understand that covid has created delays but it is extremely frustrating being given 4 different ETAs and having them all fall through with different items becoming unavailable throughout this process. None of the items that I am currently waiting for were preordered items so think there's definitely a problem with logistics and it's not just due to the pandemic.

TL;DR waited over 2 months for preordered items before being told that I now I have to wait an additional 2 months for an item that was not preordered.

I think epictv should list the estimated availability date on an out of stock product that they allow pre order sales on as it would've definitely changed the way I shopped.

I ordered 7 items total with 2 items on preorder on the 8th of April. I asked them for an update on the preordered items on the 16th of April and was told that they should be in stock in 3-4 weeks. I was under the assumption that It would only take 2 weeks when I ordered the items but was happy to wait the total 4-5 weeks because I did get a good price for them.

Almost 7 weeks after my initial order on the 24th of May I still hadn't received any updates regarding my order. I emailed them again and was told that I was only waiting for one more item (black diamond hotforge quickpack 12cm draws) and that they would probably be in stock in 2-4 weeks. This was very disappointing but I had already waited so long that all I could do was continue to wait.

3 weeks later I asked for another update and was told that now my order wouldn't be ready until the end of July meaning that I would have to wait almost 4 months from when I placed my order to when it would even be ready to be shipped. I asked them to send me 6x single 12cm quickdraws instead of the quickpack because I could see that they were in stock online. THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT THE ONLY ITEM I WAS NOW WAITING FOR WAS NOT THE QUICKPACK OF 12CM DRAWS BUT THE 4X 16CM HOTFORGE QUICKDRAWS.

I was previously told that I was only waiting for 1 item that was on preorder so find it completely UNACCEPTABLE that by the time that item was available another item I DID NOT have on preorder had now become unavailable.

Whilst I do commend the speedy response time from customer support it is very difficult to get a straight answer from them and there have actually been 20+ emails back and forth to even get those estimated product availability dates from them. Customer support does not answer the questions I ask and continually copy and pastes the same responses.

I have been offered a refund but i know exactly which products I want and I have already been waiting over 2 months and do not want to pay shipping elsewhere. It is now winter in Australia and I have already missed most of the time that that I can comfortably climb outdoors with this gear.

I know this review is extremely long but I wanted to explain everything and be completely transparent so you can see how the timeline of events have unfolded.

Pleinement satisfait de ma commande chez EpicTV Shop

2 baudriers enfant commandé le 02/06 à 15h30, le même jour à 17h30 envoi depuis l'Angleterre, et j'ai reçu mon colis le 05/06 malgré les soucis de traversée de la Manche post-Brexit. Aucun frais de dédouanement et les prix bien plus bas que sur n'importe quel autre site pour ces 2 baudriers.
Service de qualité, je recommande.

Pessimi, ho effettuato l’ordine il 13/05/2021, ad oggi 10/06 ancora nulla e al momento dell ordine i prodotti sono stati scelti solo se disponibili.
Non posso recensire la qualità ma il servizio e l assistenza al momento pessimi.

Dirtbag’s Delight

Excellent service, the best prices worldwide i think, the delivery via DHL helps a lot because the majority of online stores doesn't ship to my country (Algeria) and it is very expensive when they do.

There was an issue with the payment where they charged me but the order didn't come through in my account. Sent an email to the Cust Serv and sorted the next day.
