I was advised I had a 15% discount as a first time buyer. Then was told no, discount only available for full price items.
Then my order arrived without the free samples and when I queried it I was advised that I had not processed my order properly and they could not send out the free samples and to go to a retailor and ask for free samples. Seriously I spent over £100 pounds and Shiseido could not even send out some samples some customer care.........

Love this product. Expensive, but worth it.

Great product and always delivered on time and with some lovely samples.
Would still love my favourite Pureness powder foundation to come back though as nothing compared to that.

Flooded with emails

My return until now for more than a week is not yet refunded. I don’t like the shesiedo online works. Not easy unlike some other brand or company easy easy and quick. No update for the return. This is an expensive products but the way to do business and customer service not good at all.

I am not happy with communication. I bought lots of stuff 2 times. There is no any further discount or any gift! I will buy from spacenk or boots.

It's more expensive than my normal skincare but i am excited to see the results

This foundation powder feels luxurious. It has a smooth silky finish which makes it stand out from other cheaper foundations and the shell colour is good for me. It covers skin redness. Would buy again. Comes in a black case.
